I bought these for my aunt for Christmas. The quality is great and they are very soft. Unfortunately, they aren't as warm as we thought they would be. Not for Alberta winters anyway, where she was visiting but will make good use of them in B.C.

The sizing runs larger than expected. I carefully measured with a tape measure and ordered a Medium according to the size chart, but it was too big. I had to exchange it for a Small. I recommend ordering one size smaller than the chart suggests.

These gloves are great but not very durable. We only wear them as liner gloves, but they still only seem to last one winter before the fingers get a hole in the or the seams split. We keep buying them anyway but try to get the on sale. I usually wear a women's glove and need XS in these to fit tight enough to work as a liner.

I measured my hand using the sizing guidelines. My had measured at approximately 7.75" from base to the top of my middle finger. This indicated I was between Small and medium. Most reviews noted that the gloves ran large and fingers were too large. This is not the case. The Medium is too small. The fingers are not long enough and the distance from the pointer finger to the thumb is long long enough creating a web between them. Where the material is comfortable and I have doubt these would make a great liner or walking glove the sizing is completely off. In addition the top of the finger has stitching which is an uncomfortable buildup of material. Poor shape and build quality. Very disappointing.

Expensive. And very long fingers. I usually wear women's large gloves but the fingers are so long I can't use these with my phone . They fit a man's hand.

These gloves are not 100% wool (exclusive of decoration)I received mine and the shell is 76% wool, 19% polyester, 4% rubber/elastodiene, and 1% elastane, and the lining is 84% wool, 15% polyester, and 1% elastane, exclusive of decoration. I bought them specifically in search of 100% wool gloves, and am disappointed that that's not what I received.

It's way too loose for a small size. The thumb is way too long which makes it clumsy to hold things with.

I have long but somewhat slim hands. I measured my hands, read the size chart and bought the Large based on my length which was the largest measurement, this resulted in me having baggy gloves. Not only that, but the thumb placement was still about an inch too high (or the palm too short) to be comfortable. I bought these to keep my hands warm while typing, but they're too baggy for precision and the wool is too thin to keep my fingers warm.

Followed the size guide, my measurements around my hand vs length matched exactly with each other at 20.1 cm, the gloves are unfortunately really baggy :( Super cute design, but they don't look good on me & I can't return them because I had to remove the huge floppy material/care/smartwool tags covering all translations to be sure how they actually fit. These are too baggy and floppy to use any of the touchscreen features.
I'm really bummed. Will probably give these away to an unhoused person that can't afford wool items, and figure out something else.

After two washes they are spreading coming apart. Lots of loose strings and now some pilling. Would have expected more for the price.

I bought these gloves because I just bought a head band for biking that I loved. Unfortunately, I do not love these gloves. They stretched out and are too big now so I won't be wearing them.

Great product however the website and packaging says 100% however the product tag says 88%. I feel like this is misleading. I will now doubt any information they provide and will limit future purchases.

I really do/dis like them. Such a major pity It didn't last, can provide proof that they fit holes in the some of the finger tips. They are nice and soft, not itchy. I really wish they would last longer

Very very thin! Not for Canadian winter. Definitely doesn't feel like wool at all. Not worth the money. The tech touch does work but can't use as winter gloves which was my intention. Not warm.
