Warm and pretty, nice fit. I like the pockets. Attractive shade of green.

I own the gray and its been great, so I bought the purple. It seems to fit slightly larger, but thats fine. I wear these indoors and out. They wash and dry great and are my favorite fleeces. My spouse is getting me a third one for Christmas! I just wish there were some colors in the tan/taupe/brown family.

I am so disappointed. I love the jacket, the shape, and the color. I have twice washed the jacket, it is shedding and pilling inside and outside on my shirt, seat, and seat belt. Extremely disappointed because I love the jacket. I hate to have to return it.

Great fit, nice design! I bought the L (even tho I wear a M in vests & 1/4 pullovers) to wear over long sleeved tops in place of a sweater. I have a bad shoulder so cannot wear pullover tops. This works great, nice style, not bulky. The color is so pretty!

This fleece is warm, soft, comfortable and practical. Great item.

My LL Bean fleece jackets are perfect when temperatures get colder. I own a number of these. The quality of this jacket is great. The colors are beautiful. I am 54 and 150 lb and got an XL.

It runs a little big in my opinion, but based on the size chart, I shouldve sized down from my regular size anyway. Im not exchanging it because the extra room will allow for easier layering.

This jacket really keeps you warm. I live in the South, and this is all you need. I love the new golor.

I ordered the Sienna Brick color, and it is luscious. This jacket is a winner - not boxy, fits close to the body without being tight. The fabric is high quality, fairly thick and should last for years and years. It is very warm, not one of the lightweight fleece jackets.

Fits very well and flattering design. Very comfortable as a layer or by itself. I love it for walking the dog.

This was a present for me a few years ago and I still love it! I bought one for my mom as a gift this Christmas since she loves mine.

I bought this jacket to replace an older one, but I decided to return it because I just did not care for the logo on the chest. The logo on my old jacket was much more subtle.

Great quality and fit. I love LL Bean outerwear and highly recommend. Get lots of compliments on this too. Bought a size small and it fits great. Im 128lb size 6.

As expected great fit, warm and comfortable. Ordered a size up to fit turtle necks, henleys and such. I wish the collar would lay flat without popping back up.

I bought this last year and loved the color (Sienna Brick). The fit was perfect (I'm 100 # and 5'4") and thankfully not too long like so many jackets nowadays). BUT it pilled quickly and the pills attracted dirt so it started looking dingy after about a week. I'd only recommend this in a darker color and if you don't mind pilling. I don't understand why clothing companies don't use the smoother fleece that doesn't pill..

This jacket is heavy fleece, and it is very warm. I selected the gray color, and I like it very much. It goes with everything.

This is a well-made fleece for those fall in-between days. Sizing is appropriate. I returned it because I wanted a lined construction instead in order to easily and quickly slide my arms into the garment.

So glad to see the return of the Mountain Classic Fleece after its absence of many years!! I bought both the purple and the teal. The fleece is soft and thick enough for spring/fall, or for layering during the winter. The cut is different than the old ones- longer and slightly shaped. Im 57 and 137 lbs - size small fit me beautifully with room to wear a cashmere sweater underneath comfortably. I hated that Bean put an obnoxious logo on the chest rather than the matching thread one that used to be on the bottom hem. That said, the logo label was easily removed with a sharp set of nail scissors (see picture). Im confident that no one will even notice that. I also removed the cords on the pulls of the three zippers (they looked like bits of boot lace) for a slightly dressier look. A few minutes work in all, but as a result I am very pleased!! PS- the colors are true to the ones online, rather than those in my photo.

Very well made and a flattering cut through the body. I docked a star because, as is the case with most women's garments these days, the sleeves are a bit too long and skinny in cut as though women dont need to move their arms or use their hands!

This is my 3rd Mountain Classic XL Fleece over a 25 year period. I love these for layering or just throwing on for a cold Central FL day. I take it on trips along with my matching blue Bean Anorak. I'm in my early 80's and starting out the fall with new jackets!
