Shoes nice. Service terrible. Very disappointed.

My son wears an 11 in every HeyDude shoe but these were huge on him and I can't return them.

Tried to purchase this product as a gift. I wanted to get a gift receipt, but did not see the option, so I used the AI Chat Bot to ask how to do it. The AI Chat Bot said they offered both gift receipt/note and gift wrapping. I thought, "Awesome!" So I went ahead and purchased, again, I went through the whole purchase process and there were no options. I then contacted a representative via the Chat and asked my questions. The individual only answered one of my questions (No, they don't actually provide gift wrapping). That information was frustrating, but I didn't expect gift wrapping, I just wanted a note and gift receipt so the recipient would know who it was from and be able to exchange if they didn't fit. Then the representative ended the chat....without answering all my questions. So then I had to call the Customer Service line. THEN I was informed that they don't even provide a gift receipt/note option at all. So AI Chat Bot is 0 for 2 at this point. Fast forward... I get an email saying they have refunded my money. I again had to call, because the email provided no context. The rep said they didn't actually have them in stock so they cancelled my order with NO warning. TWO DAYS LATER I receive the email saying my order was cancelled - again no explanation in that email either. Terrible information management and customer service by a company that should have the financial ability to provide both. Also...what kind of company doesn't offer a gift receipt or note option?

Too big and Hey Dude wouldn't let me return them because they were a "Final Sale"

Purchased online during sale. Bought size recommended after using process HeyDude has listed on website. I was instructed to order a size 8 since it was a boot. (I normally wear a 7). Anyway they were way too big. When I went to exchange I was told that anything bought on sale from the online store was not eligible for returns and exchanges! Seriously

They run much smaller that US. Probably should have ordered a 12 instead of10 1/2

Sizes run big and I wasn't allowed to exchange because they were a "last sale" or something.

Have 7 pairs of hey dude's size 11. I purchased a pair of size 11 boots and they're way too big. Wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they're way too won't take them back. There shouldn't be any reason not to exchange for a smaller size. I think I'm done purchasing there product.

Right shoe is at least one if not 2 sizes bigger than the left. Tried to return them but was informed it was a final sale item. I was not aware HD would ever stick me with a bad product. I have 13 pairs and my wife has 6. due to this situation I may never buy another pair.

Recipient didn't like. Can't return

I already said this once so please don't ask again they were late after paying for overnight and the shoes are cheaply made and uncomfortable
