I personally haven't purchased this particular shoe, but I've seen a few reviews complaining about the company's unwillingness to accept returns and exchanges. It does state that the sale is final, so it's not their fault that you don't read all the information before you buy. On the other hand, it doesn't make sense for them to not exchange sizes.

As a disabled Veteran with severe back issues, it is very difficult to find daily wear boot style shoes I can wear all day to hobble around in without having back pain. I was severely disappointed when I went to replace my Boris ECO Casual shoes with another pair exactly the same and found out they had been discontinued. I wore those daily to the point they got too grungy and needed to be replaced. I found these Wally Mid Gripr's and they are great. They are not my Boris boots, but they will have to do I recon.
