This sandal runs very large. I should have ordered a full size down. Like all SAS shoes, it is very well made--a quality product. But the smooth navy blue leather sraps had a "day-glo" sheen to them which I did not find appealing.

These shoes definitely scream "comfort sandal." They do not have velcro on the straps but I found them easy to wear as I think there is elastic on the straps to allow some give. I ended up returning them because they were kind of too "comfort sandaly" and they had a padded back strap that I could feel as I walked that I thought was rubbing a bit. There was no way to adjust the back strap. Info on my feet in case you want a comparison: I wear a size 7 and have moderately wide feet. I am often in between a medium and wide width and usually just buy medium width. In these shoes I bought a 7M and felt like they were true to size and wide enough.

No way to adjust the straps and I have thin feet so my feet slid around and he straps gapped.

If you're looking for comfort, this is a great sandal. If style is important to you, I would not recommend this sandal. The style has a clunky feel to it and looked a bit old fashioned.I returned it.

I read glowing reviews, including a couple who mentioned taking them along to Europe. That was the tipping point for me, so I ordered them. They arrived today but upon trying them on I have decided I must return them. There is something wrong with the shape of the foot bed - it's as if toe area is too curved. My foot didn't sit right in them but, rather sat sideways on the foot bed.

These were comfortable and had moderate arch support. They were slightly wider than my M width but likely because the footbed was very padded and comfy. However I'm returning them because the upper straps chafed the tops and sides of my feet. The edges of where the 2 materials meet on the strap were not smooth and would have created blisters if I wore them for extended period of time. Really a shame.

Cute and what I want in a walking sandal but felt at least a full size long. The sole is very, very squeaky so I probably won't exchange for a smaller size even though I like the style. Otherwise I'd want to keep these.

Pretty sandal and nicely made. However, this design did not work for me. The back strap that goes around the foot cannot be adjusted. The placement of the buckle is pretty much useless as a sizing feature. There was noticeable gap between the strap and the back of my foot (about 1/4"). The narrow straps were tight over the front part of my foot. I have a C width. Other than that the leather is very soft and shoe is very pretty. It's just not the right style for me.

I would have loved these sandals but the straps aren’t adjustable. Just the main strap, which isn’t enough. Too loose. Sent back. Disappointed for SAS.

Way WAY too wide if you are a Narrow or Slim in size 11. Ordered both widths and couldn't tell the difference between the two.

I checked out the reviews on this shoe before buying. Because the majority said the sandals were cute, the color beautiful but still neutral enough to go with many things, and that they were out of this world comfortable, I decided to go for it. While I can agree on the color & comfort, I definitely don't agree on the rest... They were so unattractive on. Fit was way too loose and the shoe flopped around my foot even though they have straps. They are a tad heavy feeling and clunky. But worst part is they look like "old lady shoes" and I'm 60 years old, so that is saying something.... Sending them back.

Purchased the SAS Labuan expecting a shoe with a solid footbed and arch support. None of this was present in this shoe! In the past I have purchased SAS for these reasons. The SAS Laguna failed miserably in these areas.

These shoes are not AAA or narrow. It fits like a medium width shoe. If your foot is narrow, do not buy this shoe.

I need very hard time finding size 12 slim women's shoes. Usually I have to go with narrow and hope for the best. This was a silm width but the strap that fastens the sandal is not adjustable and is way to wide for a slim foot. The rest of the straps were adjustable or ran slim. Because of this the sandal sloshed all around my foot. I had to send it back.

In summer, my feet swell. I cannot wear these with swollen feet. I buy sandels for summer wear. Strap won't even close across my foot.

I prefer a leather foot bed not cloth material. Easier to keep clean.
