Pros:
Nice original look to them and pretty comfortable.
Con:
Buckle is only for looks. In order to keep them one would have had to fit a bit more snug. When I moved the buckle up one hole, the other straps no longer laid flat.

I always wear a wide width, but had to return the wide ones and get regular width on these. Very comfortable, got for an outdoor wedding this summer.

I ordered this in the metallic olive, which was very attractive in both color and style. I wear a 9 1/2 narrow, but found that I need a 9 slim in this shoe. I was disappointed that it didn't have a leather foot bed, because at this price I expect my shoes to last, and a synthetic foot bed will not make it past one season, which is why I decided not to exchange it for the proper size, and sent it back.

These shoes were very comfortable . I have a very narrow foot and the ankle strap was way too wide so I had to return them.The style was nice as well.

The heel strap is too loose, if you adjust it, then the inner strap is too tight, so back they go.

I love this shoe, but the ankle straps are too short! I've had this problem with the last several pairs of shoes although my size, 38W, has not changed. Other than not being able to buckle it, I love it.

I loved these sandals. I wear 11 1/2 N and the fit was perfect. Very soft and comfy foot bed. The only negative was that the strap that went under my ankle bone irritated it and rode too high which made that part of the fit uncomfortable. So disappointed! I had to send it back. However, I'd say it's definitely worth a try if you are unsure. Very attractive, foot felt secure, and didn't bother bunions.

These are a little too shiny for me. Fit was good, but the patent-leathery look is not great. Better if these were all a nice leather. Just saying.

These are very comfortable right out of the box. It's good there are lots of holes to tighten when needed. I wish the heel was a little higher, but this is fine for a casual shoe to wear with shorts and jeans. I like the neutral color which will go with everything.

I was really disappointed that these weren’t really narrow. I have such a hard time trying to get shoes that fit, and I finally decided to bite the bullet and spend the $$ for SAS sandals that fit. Well, they didn’t. And these aren’t made in S (slim). I had to return them.

These fit better than other SAS shoes, but still a little larger and wider than medium shoes im used to. I have to use the very last notch in the buckle otherwise my foot would slip. But i think when its hot I will probably loosen them. They felt immediately comfortable after i put them on. Slightly clunky style but i got the darker brownish color so no biggie.

this is a great looking sandal, however the 10 1/2 narrow was a little too long. Sometimes I wear a 10, according to the brand of the shoe. I would've ordered a 10 narrow, however the buckle going across the top of my foot rubbed! Very unfortunate for a shoe that cost $132! if they would've made the buckle to where it had more padding underneath, it would've been great! Other than that, it was a very comfortable shoe! Will keep trying for another sandal. Thanks Zappos for being SO great on returns and also great customer service!

I really wanted to keep these sandals. Unfortunately the strap rubs the bottom of my ankle bone. I think someone with differently shaped foot would love these.

there are pretty on the foot, they have a very soft footbed and at first i thought they'd be the winners but they don't have as much support as I'd like so they are going back. BUT. they are not a bad choice at all.

Beautiful shoe, but two issues: (1) she has a high instep, so the strap was WAY too short and she could barely get it buckled on the first hole, and (2) the forefoot is VERY flat so my mom said the ball of her feet and toes were slipping all over the place, so it felt very unsteady - not good for her at 81 with neuropathy. A toe bump like Birkenstocks, or even a slightly rounded up edge would've helped. But it was great to find a size 10.5 when most brands skip right to an 11, and the wide width was perfect, the arch was the right height for her and is absolutly gorgeous! She was very unhappy to have to return this one!

This sandal might work well for a customer that doesn't have a heel that is more narrow than the front of her foot. I bought the Laguna in size 12 SLIM, however, the straps at the back of the sandal were too loose. The buckled strap doesn't tighten all of the straps in the back. Also, this style didn't look good on me. Wide straps extending over the whole upper foot gives a gladiator look and that with the black color and the flatness of the style made my feet appear even larger. A lighter color might have worked better. In contrast, the Caress sandal I bought in Black has more feminine diagonal straps and a wedge-like heel. These features seem to shorten and widen the look of my feet which is the look I hope to achieve. So I am returning the Laguna and waiting for delivery of the Suntimer in Bone to see how that works. The style and size options are appreciated SAS.

My feet are very narrow, and you would think SS WIDTH would be narrow enough...but not. This is unusual for SAS shoes to not fit me on this size, so I will be returning.

Bigger than the marked size. In a sandal I like a half size smaller than in a boot or shoe. 8.5 felt like a 9, 9 felt like a 9.5. Wide and floppy, no option to adjust 2 of the straps. Might be ok for someone wanting to wear socks. Superficially soft, would compress quickly and irritate the heel (I have chronic bursitis under the heel.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I originally ordered these in an 11 W and they were a tad bit to short and a little too wide. Reordered in an 11 1/2 WW and they were way too long and much too wide. The sandal was very nice and I looked forward to taking them on a cruise. Unfortunately, I just haven't been able to find a comfortable enough pair to walk all over a big ship. I appreciate Zappos return policy because unfortunately I have had to return many pairs in search of a pair that will work.
