Excellent fit and very comfortable. I’m a big fan of the fit of SAS, but I didn’t love the style of these pumps. A little too matronly. I know that SAS are my primarily my grandma’s brand, and I keep hoping to find something with a nicer style — but these weren’t it. That said, I would not have been able to get through my pregnancy without the infamous SAS tri-footbed and adjustable Velcro straps. Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, hugely swollen feet notwithstanding. Thank you SAS. I will eventually get completely on board with how the shoes look, but I’m not there yet.

The style of this shoe is excellent. I wear an 11D in all shoes, and this seems maybe a little tight across my foot, but the length is fine. I think they just need wearing in and they'll be fine.

The fit and size was good. However, I have one foot that is larger than the other, sonic could have used a 12WW on one foot and an 11WW on the other. Overall they were perfect.

I typically wear a 6.5 - 7 W - WW and have been on the hunt for a comfortable pair of low-heeled dress pumps for nearly a year. I ordered the Milano in a 7 W and it was close...but I have Morton's Neuroma's in my toes and I could tell that the toe box was just a wee bit too narrow for me to wear comfortably. I would try the 7 WW but it is currently out of stock. The shoe is comfortable; otherwise; it looks a little orthopedic-shoe-matronly but it's not terrible and I would have kept it had it fit.

The I really wanted to love these shoes. The style is perfect and should be very comfortable. The toe box was simply too small for me, even after trying different sizes (thank you Zappos). I am sure these will be perfect for someone else, it just didn't work.

I normally wear a sz. 10 in most shoes, however I've never ordered WW. Way too big - width and length. Felt that the quality was good - though a little plain in appearance.

I loved the style of these reputable SAS shoes - they seemed the perfect answer to complement all office fashion. Purchased these shows in various sizes (over a few days) as each order option failed to meet my foot needs: I wear a size 10 and have narrow heels. My original order was Medium width = Too narrow. Re-ordered in Wide width = Overall fit snug, including heel. Final order was WW = Great Fit (if you are not moving). Wore them straight out of the box to work and regretted doing so during the fifteen minute walk from car to the building. Cut of shoe is high and pressed on my instep; inside of spacious toe box rubbed on pinky toes; the rubber heels which were perfect height for the office, overall, were heavy, uncomfortable and made loud thud with each step. (Foot fatigue and pain). Really wanted to love these shoes, but unfortunately had to return.

Very nice shoe. Def runs narrow. I ordered 2 sizes including wide based on the reviews. I needed the wide. It slipped a Little in the heel and I can’t pay this much for a shoe that could cause a blister. Sorry to return.

I ordered 8 1/2 WW because my actual shoe size is 7 1/2 EEEE. These are wide enough except for where my rightmost toe on my right foot was feeling squeezed. They are initially a bit stiff, but then I would not want them loose and unsupportive. I wore them once on Easter with my Easter/weddings/funeral dress. They were exactly the style and color I wanted. I did not give overall comfort and style because I've only worn them once. Maybe in a year, I'll have worn them 5 times. I appreciate Zappos outstanding 2 day delivery and breadth of offerings in a woman's wide shoe.

This is a beatiful shoe and I was very disappointed that it was too tight, It fit like a super tight glove... which for feet can be painful. It is beautiful leather and I entertained that it may stretch but for the price I didn't want to chance it. I even ordered a W since I have a bunion on my left foot. So back they go... I couldn't wear them long enough to know about the arch support I just knew they were way too tight and I was afraid they would make my ankles swell. I really liked the color, heel height and classic design... just wasn't a good fit for me.

Materials on this shoe are nice. Insole is very comfortable. Size was true. My only problem was that the top of the shoe came up a bit high on the top of the foot. It was for me an unnatural place and caused some discomfort. The heel fit so nicely, though, which doesn't happen often because mine is a bit narrow.

My heels are too narrow so they shoe popped of when I walked. Wished they fit because they were super cute.

Perfect walking shoe, just a bit too long as the heel lifts a bit when walking.

The leather was very nice and I liked the style but it fell off my foot once my foot went to the front of the shoe. I did not want to buy those grippers for the back of the shoe because they don't really work.

These pumps are very nice looking. Not chic or sexy but classy. I felt they would be perfect for my post bunionectomy foot but my normal 9N was way too narrow so my foot felt scrunched. The length felt fine so I reordered the same size in a medium. Not sure I will keep them as the heel slips and if they stretch out at all the slipping will only get worse.

I wanted a pair of neutral shoes in a low heel. These looked the part but they didn't fit - a bit tight in the toe box (where my foot is wide) and loose in the heel, where mine is narrow. But I did find and buy the Dansko Pearlina and it's perfect. Thanks, Zappos!

felt large overall...like i was wearing mini mouse shoes! nice looking shoe, though

These are very comfortable. I am not crazy about the style, but it might be good with pants since they are chunky looking. Look good on a narrow foot.

I expected these to be much more comfortable than they are. The back rubbed my heel raw and I ended up with other sores from rubbing in a couple other areas as well. Would not recommend.

I own a few pairs of SAS shoes but all sandals. I saw this shoe jumped on it and unfortunately the toe box is small. To small for my one wide foot and even a bit small for my normal width foot. I'm unfortunately returning them as the wide was out of stock.
