A lovely aroma of leather, the kind a quality shoe store had back in the day was the first thing I noticed when I opened the box. These are high quality good leather shoes. I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship. They don't have as much arch support as i'd like but I'm wearing them to the office, not to walk miles so they'll be okay. the insole is removable so I could try an insert with better arch support. I have such a hard time finding acceptable shoes for the office - these are a great find! And made in the USA!

Wide and WW both hurt my bad toe. I would recommend these if you are looking for comfortable, attractive shoes with a walkable heal (not if you're toe needs surgery)

I was looking for a mid heel dressier shoe to work in as I am a flight attendant. We have to wear shoes like this on the airline that I work for. I needed a heel with excellent arch support. I tried 5 different pairs and these not only fit my 8 wide the best but they also had the best arch support. I wore them yesterday for the first time (very long day) and they were excellent. My first pair of shoes from this brand as I had never heard of them. Will not be my last. Going to get another pair on my next paycheck so I can alternate shoes every day. Sharon

I love these shoes!! They look great. They are so comfortable. True to size and made in U.S.A.! Worth every penny. I will be shopping this brand again!

Very pretty shoes, but the fit was tight, especially in width.

Sadly, these shoes were slightly larger and would require the addition of an insole to take up the extra space. As another reviewer states, these shoes squeak when walking on hardwood or tile. When walking on carpet, the shoe does not make a noise. For the price, I returned these shoes and went with a competitor at a substantially lower cost for the same cushioning and leather composition.

The shoes fit very well, and as usual with SAS, they are very well made. However, I discovered that, after walking on my carpeted floors for a few minutes, that I need to give up on wearing heels. My back and leg pain due to spinal stenosis and neuropathy were aggravated by the different position of my feet in heels. Sadly, I'm returning them.

I ordered these in an 8M, my usual size. The build quality of the shoe is excellent. I thought they might look too frumpy, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they are not. They are an elegant, classic pump. There was ample room in the front for my toes. It is more square than pointy, which I appreciate. I think they will be excellent work shoes that will match everything. I sent them back because I found them too narrow in a Medium width. I ordered another pair in the Wide and am hoping that will work. They are expensive shoes, and the packaging indicated that they were a previous return. The tissue paper was crumpled, and it made a bad impression on me. I'm paying a lot for shoes, I want the experience of a clean, unworn, new pair of shoes when I order.

The shoes squeak loudly on hard floors

Style was a bit boring but comfortable. My heels side out too much to keep. Back they go.

Not sure it was a full 1/2 size. I have high arches and the heel slipped as I walked. The perfect plain shoe to go with everything.

I have a very slim foot. This shoe was too short (7.5) and the 8N was too long and wide.

So close, but not quite! I bought an 8 N and it fit well. Just a little too high on the inside, cutting into my ankle. A blister waiting to happen! They would go with everything...just not with me.

This was my first SAS to ever try on. I typically wear a 7W or 7.5 W in every shoe. I ordered this shoe in a 7W and a 7WW. The 7W shoe fits like a Medium (B) and the 7WW is closer to a Wide, but it is not a WW (for those of you who REALLY need a WW) I am returning the 7W, and the 7WW in this shoe to order a 7.5 WW and see if that will work for me. My toes feel too cramped in the 7WW, and the 7W is not really a wide, but a Medium.

Too big for me. Nice material and design

Nice looking shoe, but not my style. I’m in my 60s but I don’t want to dress like my grandmother, I like the lower heel but not the rubber looking heel or the cut of the front of the shoe.

Nice shoe but a little tight for my feet. They would be comfortable and supportive if not too tight. I where an 11 and ordered an 11.

I really like the style of this pump, especially the pretty heel shape. For troubled feet like mine, there are very few pumps I can wear. Only problem is that I wear a standard size 8 medium from just about every other maker, but this one was tight on me. I'll have to decide whether to try a half size (whole size?) up or not.

I have multiple foot problems and nerve damage in my leg to my foot that causes instability and heel pain. I have bought these heels in both colors to wear for in-office days and dressier occasions because they are truly the safest option for me. Their lower height wide block heel and thick-feeling rubbery sole are perfect for me. I did have to stretch these a little. I have a C-width foot (especially in one foot that was badly broken), and this black pair I found to be narrower feeling than the nude/beige pair. I have worn these for a nice dinner out so far, and they were as expected. I've accepted that my days of cute, sexy heels are over, and at least these don't look too orthopedic. They serve their purpose well.
