Tried stretching them but the heel kept rubbing against my feet. I have not be able to wear them.

Re SAS Milano pumps: These shoes squeak loudly on all floor surfaces.

Too tight in the toes.

The shoes arrived in a plastic mailer bag. The shoe box was torn and the shoes arrived outside of the box, just laying in the bottom of the mailer bag. One shoe has a large scuff on the side. I expected more for the price of these shoes. I’m going to try one more time to reorder, but if they come in a mailer bag again, they will be returned again.

I own SAS sandals (fabulous, love them) in 8W. However these shoes 8W are too small in front and slipping in the heel. Or maybe the cut of the shoe isnt for me.

If you have severe bunions and hammer toes, these shoes will NOT work for you. I wish I could find a low heel dress shoe for my terrible feet. Not having any luck.

These were too big so I had to return them. Also, I did not like how they looked from the top. They cover a large part of the foot and frankly look like old lady shoes. As an elder myself, this was a turnoff.

Was sent a size 11 when I ordered a 10…. About two inches too long. These shoes might be comfortable but they are mighty frumpy.

Heel slips. Didn't happen with this style a few years ago. Trying a different brand.

These shoes should only be purchased after trying them on, hopefully in a store. I tried two sizes, and they both fell off of my feet. I could not walk in them, as they were too soft and had no structure.

I ordered my regular size and they were too large to walk in. Must return, spoke to rep Sean on 10/30/21 @ 9:40p.m. UPS will p/u Monday.

Too tight

I have a bunion and I thought that these would fit, but they don't for me. I can totally see how these would be extremely comfortable for someone with a "normal" foot. Lots of cushioning.

The shoe is so comfortable. However, the color is not a cream color as the name suggests. It's a taupe color. It won't go with a formal gown.

The shoe just had bad fit for my challenged feet. Tight in the toe box and slipped off my heel.

I'm guess these would be comfortable if they were the right size. Unfortunately, they run very small. The toe vamp is also cut very high (no toe-cleavage here) making them look ugly when they are on your feet.

In short, I had to order three times to get it right, and they still hurt. I usually wear 7 medium width, and that is what I ordered the first time. I found 7 medium to be extremely tight. I returned them and ordered 7 1/2 wide. 7 1/2 wide felt better width-wise, but it was too big. Had to return them and ordered 7 wide. 7 wide was perfect size-wise but the elastic topline chafed, burned, and cut my skin. I am keeping these because I like the style and size, but I think I need to get foot sticks to prevent the burning and cutting of the skin. Not the usual comfort that I expected from SAS.

cute shoes, but the wide-width size was still too tight - but I have pretty wide feet so it's always a crapshoot.

I have a very wide foot (most people have rectangular feet, mine are squares). Sadly, this beautiful shoe was way too narrow even a full size larger than my measured size. No bunions. Just a really tight fit.
