I ordered the same size I wear/own in SAS sandals, 8W. It was too small in front and I slipped out of the heel. Shoes look very nice and are well made however this style doesn’t work for me.

I wear an 11N. The length was good. The heel was way too wide for my heel. The toe box was way too narrow.

They fit, but they're like gramma shoes. The pic makes them look like the toe is more almond shaped. The ones I received were round. Ugh. They're going back.

These were more narrow than expected. I bough size 6 and it was not as comfortable as expected.

I was sent an 11 instead of the 10 I ordered- must have been 2 inches longer than my feet

These are fairly comfortable, but I don’t like them, they squeak when you walk!

I was disappointed with the Milano. I had read so many positive reviews that I was hoping these would be perfect for a rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately they were too tight all over. They seem to run very narrow even in the wide width. The search for a comfortable nude pump continues.

The heel was slipping and the toe box was small, so could not order lower size and had to be returned.

I was not able to walk in this shoe and had to send it back. The narrow width was much too wide. Still looking for a pair of comfortable dressy shoes.

These are pretty frumpy as dress shoes go, and unlike flatter SAS shoes, these heels ran narrower than usual, and the Extra Wides were just not very wide. Nice leather, but zero arch support and heels felt wobbly.

I appreciate the fact that SAS shoes are leather and leather lined, just wish they fit my feet better!

It's so hard for us women who have large feet and foot problems. So for those of you searching for pumps, I offer this comparison of three styles I just tried. I wear 11 wide or 42 normally and have multiple foot problems. I typically buy only orthopedic shoes or use orthopedic inserts.
First, Taos Footwear Virtue size 11 W: Nice looking and stylish, can be worn as both dressy and dressy casual. Maybe a little more on the casual side because of the stitching, which does however add style. Not at all grandmotherly, made my feet look smaller. True to size, stays on, not constricting in the toes or bunion areas. They were comfortable out of the box and quite comfortable to walk in, feeling nicely padded under the feet. I may have to add metatarsal pads to ensure they will be comfortable for a few hours, but I keep a supply of those. Kept, and delighted with them! Taupe Oiled Leather was a pretty medium taupe.
Second, Dansko Fawna 41 Regular: Although I usually buy size 42 in foreign-made shoes, Danski/Zappos recommended a 41 regular in these for me and that is what I tried. Also quite good looking and the most comfortable of the lot. Very cushy. The fit was very good, but it did pull a little over my right big toe joint. I do have a fairly small bunion on that foot, so if I had it removed, this would have been a dynamite shoe. As is today, I don't take chances on tightness in that area so they were returned. The fit was so good I know the 42 would have been too big. I agree with the reviewer who said the Chocolate Burnished Nappa is a darkish brown, not at all like the taupe color shown in the picture. AND the burnishing on the toes made that look black, not a good look for a dressy shoe.
Third, SAS Milano 11 Wide: Very good looking shoe but a terror for those of us with problem feet. They fit fine but felt like concrete on the ball of the foot. Not that there wasn't padding, but in-motion all the weight went to the ball and they felt like boxes. Won't try another of this brand again. Tried black.

These look like granny shoes but I need comfortable heels for work. Unfortunately, they aren't even comfortable and are very tight in toe box and short in length. Do people usually size up for SAS brand? I'm new to brand.

My left foot is smaller than my right. With some shoes, such as these, the difference is exaggerated. the left shoe slips off my foot when walking. Both shoes gap as I have no arch. Cute shoes, but they just don't accommodate my needs.

I loved the shoes, but they hurt. I'm afraid I've reached the point of foot problems when I can no longer wear dress shoes appropriate for a skirt or dress. As for orthopedic "dress" shoes, I wouldn't wear them to a dog fight!

This is the most narrow shoe I have ever seen in my life. I ordered C width, and I could not even get them on my feet. What a waste.

I ordered a 9n and 91/2n, because I needed navy pumps to wear to an event. Both pair were too wide so I returned them. Whether SAS or my feet have changed, the last 3 pairs of shoes I've ordered didn't fit

I ordered a SAS Isabel in size 8 and they fit perfectly. This SAS size 8 was way too small.

I've been buying SAS shoes for over 30 years without any problems until I bought these shoes. I wore them once. They hurt so bad that t had to take them off and walk barefoot through the snow. I contacted SAS via telephone and letter for a refund. No luck. SAS didn't care. Since I wore them (couldn't tell just by putting them on that they would be uncomfortable), SAS wouldn't allow a return. I'm very disappointed in both the shoe and customer service.

Fit fine but felt cheap. Could feel the front of the heel where it joins poking into the middle of my foot.

This shoe was so narrow I could not even get my toes inside. Crazy for a WW. I would call it a double narrow.
