I bought these shoes to wear to an outdoor wedding in July. They were comfortable for most of the evening, but by the end of the night my feet were swollen and the straps across my bunion were tight. They would have been fine in an air conditioned room. I ordered a B width and possibly should have ordered the C width, but I didn't have time to return them and get another pair. I have several pair of SAS shoes and find them comfortable with good arch support.

I wear an 11-N. This particular narrow felt closer to a medium. Style was attractive - Except—. the inverted V shape formed by the strips meant that a lot of foot was showing along with the full length of your toes. Not an attractive look for anyone with long toes. Too bad.

With a very narrow foot and plantar fasciitis, I am always looking for a sandal with a wedge heel to give me the lift I need. This simple SAS style appealed to me, and knowing from past experience that SAS Narrows are not narrow enough, I ordered a Slim. It fit well and was not too tight. Not the most comfortable shoe, and lacks good arch support, but fine for wearing with skirts or slacks when not much walking is required.

I normally wear orthotics, but need a sandal for a wedding. It is difficult to find a dressy sandal with good support so I was attracted to these because of other reviews about comfort and moderate arch support. I have not worn the sandals yet, but think they will fit the bill in that respect. I bought my normal size in medium, but the straps were a bit loose. I tried narrow in the next size up, but they were too tight.

I usually wear a size 7M shoe, but the SAS Strippy sandal in that size felt tight at the toes. I sent the size 7M shoes back and ordered a size 7W, which fits much more comfortably.

Too short in my normal size 9N and virtually no arch support. Too bad, they are cute. Not crazy about patent black, would have preferred plain black.

I wear a 9.5 narrow and ordered my standard size. This shoe is now narrow.

I really wanted to like these but the small piece that goes over the middle of the straps rubbed on the top of my foot. Just a few steps around the house and I knew it would cause pain if I wore them for any length of time. Otherwise the fit and style were as expected, and I am hard to shop for with pretty severe bunions.

I have a bunion on the inside of my right foot so ordered a wide in this shoe. The shoe fit but the straps accentuated the bunion rather than hiding it. These shoes also look inexpensive and plastic-y. Yes, they are comfortable but just not worth the high price. They also look a little matronly on my foot which is not what I want (and I'm old!). Will be returning these and looking for something a little more stylish.

I'm learning that a SAS Medium is narrower than I'm used to. Well, narrower at the front of the shoe and wider in the heel. Returned.

Seemed cheaply made. Synthetic material not leather.

I struggle with balance issues, and the base of the shoe was narrow/unstable enough for me not to be comfortable with this shoe. (Note: I wear new balance gym walking shoes 99.99% of the time, and am uncomfortably unstable in other shoes!)

I thought I had found just the perfect shoe but after wearing them for a full day, they caused blisters on the top of a couple of toes. I think the quality of the SAS brand is remarkable and I'm really dissapointed that I had to return them.

My toe hung over the edge even though I order a size larger than usual. It also felt narrow on my medium width foot. It seems comfortable, but compared to the Duo SAS, it had much less cushion.

Just a wee bit short and maybe a little too senior-citizeny for me. Not quite ready to go there.

I normally wear a 10.5 or 11 N, sometimes a Slim. So I ordered in Narrow...were very wide. So I reordered in Slim...couldn't tell the difference between the two widths so they are being sent back. Slim still too wide. Unfortunate as I could have worn these shoes with many outfits....

These are an understated sandal which I wanted but the usual comfort of SAS just wasn’t there for me. I have a normal to narrow foot and these were rather snug in the forefoot. Arch support is minimal. Color was light neutral and easy to go with everything. I wear an 8 in SAS and this was right on in length. I do have picky older feet which told me these were not comfy enough for what I would use them for.

I wish that "wide" shoes were actually wide. But if these had been wide, I would have rejected them for being patent leather.

Had they been less matronly looking I would have kept them. SAS shoes are comfortable for sure, but look like they were made for older women. I am in my 70's but I prefer a more stylish yet comfortable shoe.

The fit was good! But the black patent leather threw me off -- too dressy for a casual shoe, but the shoe style is too casual for work. I would encourage SAS to think about trying this shoe out in unconventional colors like melon or baby blue.

I love SAS sandals because I use an 8-1/2 N and their sandals seem to be the only ones that fit me well. However SAS needs to stop using vinyl insoles on their shoes!!! Raise the price if you have too, but go back to suede or leather insoles!! The vinyl makes your feet sweat and slide forward! It also makes the shoe look cheap cause the vinyl insole shows when you're wearing it. I returned these because the front cut of the shoe is too far back for my long toes. I also did not like that the heel is wrapped in vinyl and doesn't match the patent. Again, it makes the shoe look cheap. The style is very cute and I'm so disappointed that I had to return them.

The insole is squeaky when you walk. The straps cut into my toes. OK cushioning, would be comfortable otherwise.
