Cheaply made for the price. I am returning to order a half size up.

These are really well made shoe that I know I will be enjoying for many years. They do run ever so little bit narrow. If you sometimes lean to the wider size, you may wish to go to that width.

I ordered an 11-1/2, my feet size (with room for an orthotic). I tried these shoes on with only nylons, no orthotics. And, my toe hung over the front of the footbed, and my heel fit properly on the back edge of the footbed. The width was too wide, which may have been an appropriate fit with orthotics.

Excellent quality! I’m a size 9 sometimes narrow width. These had a gap between my foot and the straps making them too loose. Had to return

The shoe felt to short and not wide enough.

The sandals seemed to fit, but there was no give in the materials with which they are made. Consequently, I knew I could not wear them for an extended period. I also feel they could use more cushion. I wish they were available in leather in this color. The soles being lined with the synthetic material made my feet stick to them and feel uncomfortable.

You were out of 8.5 Narrow, so I tried 8.5 extra narrow, which was too tight, and I tried 8 Narrow, which were too small. I also wished they were available in a matte black. If I'd been able to get the right size, these are the most comfortable sandals I've ever put on.

These are pretty with a cushioned footbed. I wish they were adjustable in the forefoot because they didn’t fit me properly.

We all look for a 5 in a review, but one of the shoes squeaked when walking, thus the 4. The arch support was great and the width and size where spot on. The style was cute, but for the price--the shoe should not squeak.

Shoes were fairly comfortable but I thought the straps were a little too shiny. Wasn’t sure they would be dressy enough for a wedding.

These are beautiful shoes and I would like to keep them however the straps supporting my foot were too loose.

A beautiful, well made shoe that is more dressy and less matronly than other SAS shoes. I am a true 9M in a sandal (9 1/2 M in a shoe). I ordered a 9M, and while the length was perfect, my feet swam in these shoes. So I just reordered a 9N - the last in stock. I am hopeful that will due the trick.

Shoe in the front was wider rather than narrow, so I would go for a slim next time. I have a very high arch, so my foot slid around a bit. Nice looking shoe.

I love the shape and fit of the shoe. Unfortunately, the patent leather squeaks in the center of the shoe where it is gathered together on top. These are for an evening wedding and I wonder if the squeak will go away or get worse.

I had a beige pair in 5 m so ordered a black pair in the same size and they were too small, so had to get a 5 1/2 m.

These sandals were comfortable and pretty enough to wear with a dress. However, the lining on the sandal, while it appears to be leather, is so smooth it is slippery in hot weather and the foot juts forward as a result. This creates blisters.

Comfort-wise, these are an absolute winner for me. They lasted through a whole evening wedding, standing and walking (some dancing) for hours. In sandals I normally wear a 6.5 wide or 7 medium or wide. Zappos’ automated system recommended the 7.5 wide (size C) in these shoes. I was extremely hesitant to order that large, but I did it. It was spot on. The padded footbed was perfect, and there was absolutely zero rubbing or pinching from the straps. Not at all too big, as I had feared. Because the late-May wedding was outdoors and the weather was colder than normal I did end up wearing pantyhose, so I don’t know if there would be any issues when worn barefoot for an extended time. I didn’t feel any rubbing or pinching when I tried them on barefoot. Style-wise, they are serviceable but definitely on the matronly side, perhaps because of the limited color choices. I got the bone patent, which would not have been my choice had there been a wider selection (SAS should ditch the patent and offer nice leather tones including tan, brown, black, and navy, at least). I am keeping these for the comfort, but for this price SAS should be able to do better on the appearance.

I bought an 8.5 C wide. The latch on the right foot is defective and has sharp edge that scratches under my ankle. I ordered a second pair because of it. The other pair are not defective. The straps are generous, but the sole isn't wide enough. The side of my foot hangs over the edge. A D width might have enough sole, but I'm concerned that the generosity of the straps may make them sloppy. They are being returned.

I wear an 11N. The she is comfortable but to wide across my toes and the strap in the back is to loose.

NOT WHITE! They are a dreary, depressing, grey. I took away a star for this blah color. But they are incredibly comfortable! super padded, perfect heel height. super comfy!

I need wide shoes with great arch support- the arches on these were not supportive enough for me. They fit very well otherwise- I am a 5W with bunions and Morton’s neuroma. Without the arch support I will have nerve pain, so back they went, sadly. They were perfect aside from that.
