More of a dress shoe than a boot. Size runs small Not very comfortable

How can I exchange for a bigger size. They are a little snug and narrow

Too small

These shoes didn't fit my son. They were a Christmas gift and now I am unable to find how to return them.

Returned. A 15 is sized more like a 13. These shoes run extremely small Return process was really simple

Nice boots but came way too late for Christmas, not true to size and now I will have to pay for shipping to return.

Nothing good at all

I have many pairs of Hey Dude slip on shoes all great I ordered the boots and was very disappointed that they run a full size too small not very standard in the fit.

I ordered a size 15 for my son. He's a 15. These fit me and I'm a 12. Your sizing is not even close

Got these for my husband for a Xmas present. They run so small he couldn't get his foot into them. They are defective bc sizing is wrong but company won't let me exchange for bigger size! Shame on them

The boots look great but run small and are not comfortable at all. For the money I would expect a lot more. Love Hey Dudes and have worn them for years but this one was disappointing.

They say the right size but they definitely are 2 different sizes. Maybe bad manufacturing. But not very happy with purchase

This was a gift and arrived with no shoe box and they ran small!

Ended up returning item because you cannot comfortably put on shoe. There is no tab or anything to help pull on the shoe. Size also seemed to run small.

Way too small. Even ordered one size up (15) and they're smaller than my regular hey dudes size 14.

Super hard to get on as opposed to your regular shoes. After using for several days they never got any easier to where. They just set on my shoe shelf now, I don't use them any more

Boots are terrible. Tried two different sizes and they slip around way too much. Returned

Not true to size! These are almost a full size too small. I love the look of the Bradley, but I can't wear them. I'm super upset because these were an online order. Please help if you can!

Purchased up a zixe and still to small and narrow. My husband has normal feet and not wide.

Shoes was to small. Took to store at mall a d was told they could not help. Exchange needed to be done on line. Not the best service during the holiday.

They are lightweight but offer no arch support. Comfortable to wear around the house but not for a full day on your feet. They are cheap and made cheap and don't last long. I would never buy them again.

Too smal, were a Christmas gift and return policy 30 day window was on Christmas Day. Cant get a refund.

I ordered as a Christmas gift for my husband. He tried them on and realized they are too narrow and couldn't get his foot in. The day after Christmas I went to start the return process and the window was closed on 12/25. When you run specials for Christmas shopping give people time to give the gift and make a return if needed. Very disappointed.
