Lace broke on the 5th time wearring. Waiting on customer service response to see what they will do about it.

Terrible fit, and hard to put on. I bought these because they were advertised to be easy to slip on.

Could not get my foot in them. Seem to be undersized. Definitely a first for me. I have 5 other pairs all the same size 10 and they all fit with no issues. Waste of $$ but some homeless guy will benefit.

size 14 is small shorter then their other size 14 shoes. then i see its 'final sale' in small print, cant return. total crap

I am Canadian therefore try to be careful about not ordering from the US, for current political reasons. These were too small. To try and send these back for return was a nightmare. Not free returns. I did get my money back but took about a month

The sizing on these are very weird. I had to order a size up from what I normally wear and they were still a lil tight. Not very comfortable. Not all that easy to slip on and off. I gave them away.

You need to order one size above what you normally wear very tight fit

To small

Was excited to receive these after hearing about Hey Dudes. I ordered a size 13, which I normally wear in all of my shoes, boots and sneakers. I was hoping to be able to wear a thicker sock when wearing these, however, they are extremely smaller than expected. Unable to wear even regular socks with them because they are just not a typical size 13. Not pleased. This was my first pair and will be my last pair.

Had to return product as product fit small and had to order a larger size

The first time I wore them the lace broke. Only had them on for a couple hours. I contacted Customer Service and a new pair is going to be sent. I will update once I see how long it takes to receive the new pair and how they hold up.

Look great, but way too small. Probably at least one size smaller than true, maybe a little more. Disappointing because they look great. Got them as a gift and it's too late to exchange.

It was too hard for me to get on.

My purchase is defective I've tried to email the company and every time I get to the place to put in what is wrong it glitches as takes me out of the email and I need to start over. I've also tried to live chat and sat for over 20 minutes. I bought these for a Christmas present for my son. He wore out his pair from last year. This pair only has the grommets on one side of the lace holes.

They have zero arch support and are non supporting around ankle

The lace holder on the tongue was broken or broke as soon as I pulled on the laces. Shoes also seemed very cheap or almost "plastic". I have another pair of tan leather Bradley's and I like them very much.

They are not worth it!! No cushion, and the second you step outside your feet are freezing and wet. There is literally nothing to them. For $80-90 buy real boots.

Your size 15 is to small not fit to size

These feel like they're made of plastic. Very stiff. Definitely will not buy these again.

These boots do not fit well. I wear 11 or 11.5 in all of my shoes/boots/etc so I went up to 12 in the Bradley boot. My toes are touching the front and not comfortable at all. Would not recommend, really bummed because I like the style.

They're too small

I loved the look of the boots, but the sizing was way off. They fit much smaller then the size needed, and it was the highest size offered so we were not able to size up.

They appear to be more of a boot, but they're not at all, they're more of a dress shoe Fitment is super small. DONT buy unless you're able to try on. I ordered a half size bigger (because they didn't offer 1/2 sizes) And I can barely get them on and my toes run right to the front of the shoe
