I ordered these shoes in a adult size 5.5 and then in youth size 4 the difference in the comfort between the two was so obvious I ran in both of them and my ankles were hurting in youth shoe. I don't know why there would be a difference in the two they should be made the same regardless of the sizes. I had to return the youth shoe. when you're paying such a high price for shoes for children they should feel the same as the adult shoe.

We purchased the Clifton's for my son, as he loves Hoka's. These literally fell apart after a month. The bonding has gave way on the right sneaker and I know it's a matter of time before the left shoe does the same. Every time I have attempted to contact Hoka to make a claim, the chat points me to FAQs, the Customer Service line goes in circles and never connects me to an agent. The system finally sent me a link to start the claim and then I received an error message that the claims site is down and to check back in a couple hours. This would be okay if it happened once or twice, but this error message has popped up at least 5 times in the past three days. I am quite frustrated as the original retailer, who is a partner with Hoka refuses to return or exchange and the process documented by Hoka is just not working as designed! I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because my son needs sneakers to wear, but I don't want to be out more money because Hoka is failing to deliver. As a consumer it's just not fair!
