So many great new colors, none offered in wide. The shoe is so comfortable, but I don't want an all white or all black shoe. Why make so many colors and not offer them in wide??

I love brooks in general but the way some of these newer ones wear out is confusing. The shoe looks great and I've been wearing them for a few months now. Not areas like the heel and side wall have started to split. It's not even in the high traction areas so I'm puzzled by how this happens. These are my 20 something pair of brooks over the years but they seem to last less then 6 months now compared to 14 months then. Keeping in mind I ran more then than now. So overall it's a nice shoe but it won't really last.

These aren't comfy for running but are great for walking. They feel clunky while running and heavy.

These were recommended by Brooks as shoes for my supination. They don't compare to the much better Dyads but unfortunately Brooks has discontinued them. I will not be buying these shoes.

Great shoe highly cushioned. Unfortunately Brooks doesn't value its men's wide or extra wide customers as for 2 years they've only offered this shoe in black in these widths. A lighter neutral option would be very appreciated.

Dyad model is my 1st choice. Ghost styles are not a substitute for the Dyad. Dyad is stable & has sure footing. The Ghost has an aggressive & tall rocker sole which is very off balance. I walked in & out of the Grande Canyon recently in Dyads & would not with Ghost shoes. Ghost quality is great like all Brooks shoes but not stable.

I've had the regular ghost, the beast, and many others, but these ones hurt my feet. :-(

They not as good as I anticipated them to be, I do a lot of walking and these despite the "coshonier" look they left my legs more tired than I'd like. And also step the wrong way you may end up with a twisted ankle. So no for me. I prefer the glycerin tho.

I have been buying brooks 8.5 D for years and haven't had an issue with width before. These are too narrow and I'm having to return. Limited color availability in the wide size.

For the very first time I am not giving a rave review of a Brooks shoe. I bought these for my husband who has very flat feet and as a doctor, is on them many hours at a time. He has been wearing the Glycerin but loved the colors offered in the Ghost Max. Thinking it would possibly be comparable to that,I got these. Not even close to the comfort level of the Glycerin for him. After a few wears he developed a severe tendinitis bottom of his left foot. So back they go. Love the colors on all of the different versions of the Ghosts, Glycerins could use some of the cool colors they come in. But there's no comparison for comfort level. We're going back to the Glycerin.

Incredibly pillowy shoe. Super comfortable.except for the heel rise. Two mile run left me with blisters. Returned.

A defect i right front shoe. I can't wear them as a piece digs into left front part of my foot. Left shoe seems to be good though.

Lack of color options cause me to return this order. Brooks needs to choose some other color options. Not something tacky like Hoka but something acceptable with jeans and other than black. Pea Jacket was a great color and you changed it , or got rid of it. I like my shoes to be classic and subtle. I do not wear clown shoes.

I really like shoe except it causes me heal pain when I walk in them have had other types of brooks that didn't do that . Adrenaline 24GTS. Right now I wouldn't recommend ghost 2 to anyone

one sneaker is larger then the other !! they do not care about quality

Had to return these. They run small. I run a Glycerin Max in 12 but Ghost Max in 12 was way too tight.

Love Brooks, but these just weren't for me. Heels, as well as the balls of my feet were on fire. These shoes aren't bad for users, but for my particular issue - they were.

Nothing like the Ghosts, these feel way heavier compared to them. Maybe it's just me but my shins hurt way more often in these. Been a long time supporter of Brooks so these are a bit of a disappointment, unfortunately I'm past the 90 day return point or else I would've traded these in.

I took a chance and purchased the Ghost Max 2, based on the claims made in the descriptions. I was very disappointed to find the toe box is not as roomy as the Glycerin 21. The Ghost Max 2 is much more narrower in the toe box, and uncomfortable.

The cushion is superb at best not. Definitely won't run a mountain trail again because I felt almost every foot strike as if I wasn't wearing shoes for just walking around it's great but for running wouldn't recommend

The shoe felt amazing when I first put it on, but the cushioning quickly collapsed and left the shoe feeling like I was walking on hard ground barefoot. Very disappointing.

Not as good as the first iteration. Way stiffer less cushion, the first ones felt like walking on a cloud the second ones are stiffer the normal ghosts.

Not what used to be.. after 2 runs and throbbing pain on my right foot. They were returned thank you but no thank you! But thank you for the return policy

I found the Ghost Max 2 very uncomfortable. It has a much tighter fit than the Ghost.
