I never used and returned the Adrenaline GTS 23 GTX due to they were too small even with ordering a size larger than I normally wear. Would like to see these shoes offered in a wide size for people who have wider feet. I love the style and was very disappointed they did not work for me.

This shoe runs really small and I returned it. I did not reorder the next size up because I wasn't sure if it would fit right.

I thought it was just me about this shoe running small. I just wear them for short spurts. I needed something waterproof.

These shoes typically work really well for me but this time they were very narrow and tight. I'm not enjoying them at all

I am a fan of the Anthem 5 and Anthem 6 but since I work in healthcare, the lighter colors get dirty and aren't ideal for work, and right now the only colors in the Anthem style are light colors, so I thought I would try the Adrenaline GTS23 GTX since they are dark in color and also waterproof. I have yet to wear them to a 12 hour shift because they hit my foot wrong and are narrower in the toe area causing by toes to hit the sides when I walk. I did not return them because I did wear them around the house and a little outside to see if they could be broke in, but as of right now they sit in the closet. I will continue to keep my eye out for the Anthem to come back in dark colors. I get that marketing requires "newer and better" models of each style, but it is exhausting trying to find a shoe that makes my feet still feel light and happy after a 12 hour shift and the Anthem 5 was perfect, the anthem 6 was good, but from there, I have yet to find anything that equals and i have tried several different styles and brands.

Toebox way to small for size 8. I don't know why this seems so small. Seemed super supportive so maybe I'll order a size or 1/2 size up. Still seems narrow for a Brooks. :(
I'd also recommend:

I've been wearing Brooks for more than 10 yrs & this shoe model for a long time. It feels too small and tight in the toe box and 'gappy' around the ankle. I do like the elastic shoelace holder and location.

I have bought Ghosts more than once now, and I love them. I was buying these to have waterproof shoes for my work in healthcare, but when they arrived and I walked around the house to break them in, they were too small! I've never had this problem with Brooks buying my normal size, which is women's 11. I was pretty bummed - also because I paid extra for shipping for them to arrive prior to my clinical rotation. Oh well - size up if you think these are for you. No chance to see if they're actually waterproof.

I loved the look of these and have tried very hard to like the feel but they are not comfortable walking shoes. I walk several miles a day and hoped they would feel better after wearing but they are too narrow in the toe area and a bit short. I’ve worn Brooks shoes for years and these are the least comfortable I’ve ever had. Wish I’d gone with my first concern and had returned them. Disappointed .

Shoe was very nice looking. I ordered my original size and I felt it was too small. I returned them and ordered a half size up, they were still tight in the arch area. I do believe they would be a great shoe if I can get the size right. I plan on going to a store and getting fitted correctly. I was very pleased with customer service, however, ease of ordering, returning and refunded promptly.

Gore Tex is great and keeps the feet dry. However the soles when wet are dangerously slippery on ceramic, travertine, floors or smooth surfaces, especially like those in public buildings such as the Y or commercial offices lobbies.Too much plastic? Stick to rubber soles. Not good. Stop skimping on the quality.

My orthopedic doctor referred me to Brooks for pronation, and I've been wearing Adrenalines for years, usually purchasing two pairs at a time. They were very comfortable on my feet and I could wear them all day, but this pair was tighter and shorter than usual. I've always worn a size 10, and this pair feels like a 9 1/2. This pair will be returned, and the search is on for another brand.

Bummer. Wish I’d read the reviews. Looked super cool and I’m so used to Brooks 8.5 fitting perfectly so I don’t need to guess what to get. These slam my big toe right into the front seam - very strange. Never had that before.

These would be amazing if they'd get the sizing right! 9's are big on me in most shoes. Need a 9.5 - 10 in these ridiculously small shoes!

These are smaller and tighter than any other pair of Brooks I have ever bought which is over a dozen I'm sure. I currently have 3 other pairs that I haven't completely worn out yet including a pair of regular Adrenaline GTS 23s all size 6 and fit great but these are too small. I feel gaslit. I kept wearing them for just 1 hour at a time because my feet would fall asleep. I loosened the strings, I switched to thinner socks, I clipped my toenails down to nothing and then thought maybe my feet have grown for the first time in 20 years but I went to a store yesterday and tried on several pairs of different styles and the 6s all fit. I kept trying to make these work because I have been buying size 6 Brooks for years but it's not me, it's the shoes.

I have always worn a size 8.5 however this particular shoe ran small. I love Adrenaline but not this one. The company needs to check what happened.

Toe box is too tight on the Adrenaline 23. I have worn Brooks shoes for many years. I have worn the Launch and Adrenaline for the last 10 years. I can't wear these. I purchased another pair of the Adrenaline 22.

I love the look of this shoe, and I have worn the Adrenaline shoe to run in for years. However, when I received this shoe, in the same size I have always worn, it was too short. I will order the next half size up and hope it fits better

I own a pair of adrenaline GTS 23s in size 9.5. They are perfect. I ordered these in a 9.5 and they were too small, my right foot toes touched the inside front of the shoe. So I needed to return them. Idk what's up with the GTX model that changes the sizing, but it was a problem for me. I ordered sale ghost model non GTX in 9.5, and the fit was normal

Sizing is horribly small. After reading reviews, I ordered a half size bigger than my regular Adrenalines (which have a little space at the toe) and I was still jammed into the front of the shoe. They're also extremely slippery. I wiped out twice on some crunchy ice that I've never otherwise slipped on. I was hoping to use these as a winter running shoe. Glad I was able to send them back without issue! These were an absolute disaster.

Pretty, but not true to size. Wanted for rainy conditions. Got a women's 7 1/2 and toes were "killing me" before and after run! Much shorter than Hyperion 2 - no big /1st toe room. Likely 1/2 size off?? Still unsure. Pretty but, sadly had to return.
