Not enough cushion and support. They made my feet sore

Terrible room in toe box. At end of work shift could not wait together them off.

I am very disappointed in the Ghost Max 2. I have been purchasing Ghost shoes for over ten years and these are the first pair that I am unhappy with the fit. There is not enough room in the toe box. The tow box is not wide enough and not long enough. Lots support in the heel, which seems to push your foot forward so that the front of the shoe rubs on the toes. I wear the same size in all of my shoes and this recent purchase of the Ghost style are the only ones that do not properly fit.

If the shoe had a tab on the heel to pull the shoe up on it would have been a fantastic shoe

Huge fan of ghost 15/16, ghost max are weird. They feel over inflated for the rear 3/4 of the shoe and then it's like it drops off. Always feels as if you are falling forward with each step had to return.

I really wanted the Ghost Max - discontinued . These cut off my circulation to one foot so unfortunately I returned. Don't worry, I bought another pair!

I've been wearing Brooks for over 10 years and these are the worst shoes I've ever purchased from the brand. You think you're getting an extra cushion shoe but it's not. My regular ghosts or glycerin shoes are 100% better in terms of cushion and long term comfort. This shoe actually hurts my feet when worn for more than a couple hours. Never had a problem with any other Brooks shoe in over 10 years. If you want cushion and you're on the fence go with the regular ghosts or glycerin. These shoes basically have a stacked heal and bring none of the regular ghost qualities you'd expect from this style.

Tried the ghost max 2 because the ghost 16 colors are awful and boring. I had to go up a half size in the max 2 and they still don't fit well. My toes hit the front of the shoe box no matter how tight I tie them. It's really frustrating

I love my old Ghost max. The new one is noticeably narrower in the ball of the foot and too narrow for me. I noticed a change for the worse in quality of the shoe upper construction as well. No longer the shoe for me, alas!

The fit is not the same as other ghost Ive worn in the past . I can't wear them and haven't been able to resale them great color option but fit was off I need the 8 1/2 instead of 8

I love Brooks and I've worn glycerin for years. When Brooks put out their pride collection a few years ago, I bought a pair of ghosts and I thought they were very comfortable for every day use. So I decided to try the ghosts for my training and these were not the shoe for me. They hurt my feet. They were uncomfortable and I waited too long to try them so now I can't return them I will stick with the glycerin.

I got these as a gift because I raved about the Ghost Max shoes I had, so far they were the only shoes I could ever wear without hurting my feet. I got the Ghost Max 2 for Christmas and tried to wear them around the house and my feet were numb because they were so tight across the top of my feet. I had so much trouble finding a pair of shoes I could wear to teach in and I'm so discouraged because I have to start over trying to find a new shoe.

Horrible. Ordered the same size as my Ghost Max originals, which were so soft to walk on and had the nicest, roomy toe box. These are NOT the same in any way. Too short, my big toe hit front of the shoe in a weird, uncomfortable way. Super hard, no cushion at all. Sent them right back. *sigh* It took me searching for a while but I found some more regular Ghost Max size 6.5 on sale and ordered them. But after I wear these out, I guess I will have to go through the process of finding a good running shoe ONCE AGAIN. Why change the design?? Why ruin a good thing, Brooks?? Ghost Max original was literally the best, most comfortable shoe ever. Got my hopes up just to shatter them in the worst way!!! These shoes score an F for FAIL

These roll my feet toward my toe causing massive blisters. They have a lot of cushion but I have bought ghost for years but these max aren't for me.

I bought my first pair of Brooks, Ghost Max 2, in August as recommended. I had barely worn them, but I participated in a breast cancer walk a few weeks ago. I like the sole, but the shoes damaged the top of my toes turning them black. I purchased them from a local shoe store. Not sure what to do with them now, but that's nearly $200 down the drain.

I ran a 10 miler in them and due to the amount of foam I felt like I was running in cinderblocks. I'll stick w normal ghosts. NEVER AGAIN

I'm not a runner. I need a deep toe box This shoe hurts my feet Will be researching other options.

I ordered these in the same size brooks that I always wear but they were too small. I compared them to another brooks that I currently wear and they were smaller. Are your sizes changing? I'm afraid to order again not knowing what size to buy.

Way more narrow 8n the toe box than the original Ghost Max which I love. I got the same s8ze (8 W) in these and they are way tighter amd just done feel the same on my feet. In the originals I can walk all day with no issues and these make my toes feel dumb and hurt after a short while.

I think the shoes are poorly made. I'm getting blisters on my feet. I expected a better quality shoe. I've had them less then a few months and they are already worn
