Great lightweight, comfortable, up-tempo running shoe. Great update to the Hyperion Tempo - lighter, more cushioning, slightly more room in the toe box. I like them a lot. My go-to for intervals, speed training, tempo runs, races up to 10k. Would be fine for the Half marathon, but I prefer my Adizero Pro 3s for longer races.
I'd also recommend:
Main shoes in my rotation are from Brooks, Saucony & Adidas.

I dont know if its the placebo effect of what, but its way easier to run in these. They feel so fast!

I was so excited to try these shoes, but the base didn't seem wide enough which made the shoe feel unstable.

I am upset with Zappos. I ordered these for my son to be delivered to him at college. I first got a message that the order would be delayed ( no problem). Today I went to check on the order and there are 2 separate messages. One saying the order was damaged and being sent back and one saying my payment didn’t go through Amazon. My son is difficult to fit. I tried to get back on and reorder and now there is a message saying they no linger have the shoe in his size. I am frustrated and wish I would have received more specific communication saying what the problem is. I have been a zappos customer for many years, but it seems like the service and selection have waned through the years. I might be done.

Flawless shoe! I used them heavily. I wish Brooks would make these permanent because I wouldn't buy them over and over again. I had the gray and orange regular H2s and all I have to say about this style of shoes that it was flawless.

Love these shoes. I ordered 2 pairs I'm about to order 2 more Feels like I'm walking on marshmallows !!!!!!! Ran further than usual As soon as I finished my run I wanted to go again!!!!!

I bought this shoe to use as a race shoe and for my long runs and it has worked great in that regard for me. I've been using them for about 2.5 months and I've set a new PR in the 5k and 10k :) This shoe feels comfortable to run fast in.

Lightweight and fast. The shoe propels you forward. Good for training and racing. I'm concerned about the durability of the high wear areas of the sole. I added shoe goo to add some extra miles to the soles.

I bought the Hyperion 2 because a Brooks representative told me it was the closest to the Levitate 6 that I preferred, but which is no longer made. The Hyperion 2 fits great and is very comfortable running which keeps fatigue to a minimum for long runs. I would buy this shoe again. However, my next purchase may be the Launch 11 which appears to be a closer match to the Levitate 6 which made me feel faster.

Great training shoe. I put 365 miles on my first pair and came back for a second. Slightly on the wide side, which is perfect for my feet. Comfortable and breathable while also being super durable.

The Hyperion 2 is my go-to road half marathon shoe. They're comfortable, lightweight and help me keep moving forward over all 13 miles. Usually I prefer a 10mm drop, but the Hyperion 2's 8mm drop works beautifully for me. I bought an extra pair because I don't know what changes might happen with the next version .

Fantastic shoe for shorter, high-energy runs. Nimble & springy, great traction, proper stack for the intended purpose, & really well designed upper. The scalloped laces are an especially welcome touch, though I wish they were 1-2" shorter. This is the first Brooks shoe I've tried that feels genuinely fun to run in!

Fantastic running shoe. Lightweight, very comfortable for 4 mile runs. I was considering some other brands but this shoe has the right balance of everything you'd want. I will be buying another pair. Brooks nailed the upgrade of the Hyperion.

I rotate a few pairs of running shoes, one of which is the Hyperion 2. This is my first time trying this model from Brooks and I really like it. Super light weight. Nice springy cushioning really does make me want to run faster. They fit great with plenty of room for my slightly wide forefoot but with snug heel cup.
