I ordered the wrong size. I already havea pair of Brooks that are size 9, and they are a little short, but the 9 1/2 ones I just ordered are too long for me.

So comfortable, these fit my narrow feet perfectly, and provide the support I need. I also like that the sole does not stick out too much like on some other models.

Most comfortable sneaker ever! Supportive & cushioned it's the only shoe I've worn with NO pain in my feet!! Please make a "true black" color.

These are the best shoes I've worn in a long time. I actually look forward to putting them on. Perfect for my plantar fasciitis and pronation. Love! I hope Brooks puts them out in some more colors! Maybe toss in some suede?

Great supportive sneaker for pronation. The only negative is that they only come in a couple colors. Please make them in vibrant colors like your other sneakers like Ghost and Adrenaline!!!

I had an issue with my Ariel GTS, when I went through security at the airport (I have TSA and able to keep my shoes on) it made the alarm go off and I was then had to take my shoes off and they had to scan them. Long story short, I contacted customer service and told them my story and I cannot believe how fast they got back with me. They too could not understand why the shoes would make the airport sensor alarm, but they sent me a new pair of shoes. I have never had a company offer this kind of customer service!! I am a Brooks shoe wearer for life now! Thank you for your excellent customer service

Thank you for making the best sneakers ever. I swear by my Brooks. I have had feet issues for a very long time. I am extremely flat footed and as a result have ruptured the tendon in my ankle. I am waiting on the surgery to repair, but the only shoes that I can comfortably get on my feet with my custom orthotics are my Brooks sneakers. They are the absolute best. Please continue to make a quality product for all the people out there with foot problems you are life savers

This is a comfortable and supportive shoe. Great cushion for the heel. Wear it everyday walking my dog!

Great shoe did the gym and running!

The fit is great. Nice and wide for my annoying bunion. Wish I'd known about the guiderails a long time ago. My foot is not going anywhere. Had to give up some cushioning for the stability. So for daily wear I found the Addiction. It's a bit better on cushioning and still has guiderails.

I'm very pleased with the shoes. They fit well and they are very well made.

Overall the Ariel GTS 24 is great - comfortable and supportive. I don't "run" except on my job and the concrete floors are brutal. This shoe has, as noted in the descriptions, maximum support, as opposed to the Ghost styles, which are noted as neutral. I love my Ghosts for walking and shopping, etc. but the Ariels are SO much better for me at work. I love both styles! Side note: One thing was weird...The tongue of the Ariel was attached on one side, inside the shoe, by an elastic band. The elastic broke as I was pulling up the tongue to put on the shoe. I could see no reason for the band, especially as it pulled the tongue uncomfortably to one side, so I cut it off.

Brooks are the best for my feet. I love the ghost but I needed even more support for work. Ariel GTS 24 is amazing. Fit is great and sizing is accurate. No foot pain at all from hard cement floors at work

There is nothing I don't love about this show. It's the perfect combination of comfort and support. I'm super happy with these and my feet are, too!

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn! Every step is like a little spring board is bouncing me forward. I didn't even have to "break them in!" After one week, I ordered a second pair.

I am 87 years old so I don't run, but I have worn the Ariel shoe for several years because of its fit. The arch support and the closeness of the shoe around my ankle makes me feel secure when I go for walks.

Brilliant design Light but sturdy

These shoes fit very well. I purchased the coconut/ chateau/ portabella color combination and I think that color scheme is attractive & neutral so the shoes will go with almost everything. At first, I thought the shoes looked a little "boxy", but then after wearing them, I realized that was only from the perspective of me looking straight down from a standing position. After wearing them several times while walking long distances, I found them to be very comfortable and giving me all the support I needed. They fit true to size. I wear a 7 in "normal" shoes but always order an 8 in athletic shoes. The 8 fit like it was made for me. The only thing I don't like about this shoe is that the sides of the bottom area is a very light cream color so I think that area will show dirt easily. Please make in more colors! They seem a little more difficult to get on my feet than the other Brooks shoes I have. I don't know what the explanation is for that.

I wear these shoes while taking my dog on her daily brisk walk thru woods!! My feet feel quite stable and energized!

OMG I felt like I was walking on clouds!! My feet don't hurt after my walks and I look forward to another day of walking.
