The Ariel GTS 24 brooks shoe has the best overall stability and cushion comfort of any of the Brook shoes styles I have worn. I highly recommend this Ariel GTS 24 shoes!

The shoes are not black, theyre more like a navy color. They fit nice- but I was expecting a black color.

The shoes are wonderful. They fit my feet and provide the support I need. HOWEVER, the laces are much too short. I had a pair of Ariel 20's, which were great. Laces were long enough for someone who cannot have laces very tight. These, are frankly ridiculously short unless you want your shoes very tight on your feet. As I have arthritis in my feet, that isn't an option.

I’ve been wearing the Brooks Ariel for many years. My last pair was purchased a little over a year ago, I had also purchased another pair (different brand) so I’d have a pair to.interchange with. I love my Brooks Ariel’s and ended up wearing them exclusively. I just received a new pair for Christmas from my daughters. I have wide feet, bunions and hammer toes…. (thanks mom! ) these shoes fit me so well and are comfortable to wear ALL day!!
Sincerely, a happy, satisfied customer!

I’ve been wearing Brooks Ariel for many years. I ordered ebony and it is either navy or dark gray. Also shoelaces are short.

This is the very best shoe for me. I have struggled with Plantar Fasciitis for years but once I found the Ariel I have had no trouble. I walk daily 3 - 3.5 miles and play pickleball 4-5 times a week. The pickleball people really push for a court shoe but there is nothing out there with the support or the width so I stick with the Ariel and am just fine. My only complaint is that the extra extra wide seems to sell out fast and I wish Brooks would have more colors in this great shoe.

Unfortunately, the shoes feel as if they are at least one size too large all around. I bought a pair last year that was too tight. I have been buying the Ariel version for more than 10 years and I have had a problem only in the last two years. The Brooks guaranty was excellent last year, they replaced the defective pair with a second pair that worked well and I donated the the original pair of tennis shoes as they suggested. I feel bad about returning the last pair because this will be the second time, but I find myself using the old ones that I did not want to use anymore.

These shoes were like wearing bricks on your feet. Extremely hard and very rigid!
After wearing them around the house for two hours my feet ached.

The sneakers are true to size. They have a good-size toe box which I like, don't like my toes squeezed. I exercise 5 hours a week; and they hold up very well. We run and jump in our class. I do not feel the impact when my feet hit the floor or ground. Please do not change the sole type on this shoe as it holds up well unlike the Caldera whose sole has been changed (nitrogen infused ??). I had been wearing both the Ariel and Caldera for exercising, but now I am only waring my Ariels. Please do not change the sole type on the Ariel. I would be very happy if you reverted to the previous sole type on the Caldera. Thank you.

Love, LOVE this shoe! I have always had problems with proper fit having wide feet, and experience foot pain with every pair of shoe I have ever owned, except these! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a shoe that my feet wouldnt be sore by the end of the day. These are perfect. I am on concrete all day walking and by the end of the day, my heels would be super sore, but these have cushion and I like how theres cushion around the ankle as well. I got a wide, and my feet feel perfect in it. Usually, my pinky toe is always rubbing.

I have worn the Ariel shoe for years. The shoes fits good and helps with my flat feet. The only problem I have with these is the shoe is squeaky when you walk. The last pair I had did the same thing. I ended up buying a different shoe. I've tried all the things I know like baby powder. It's annoying to be walking around and all you hear is the squeaking.

There is an issue in manufacturing. The tongue part of the shoe was to narrow and did not cover the right side of the opening.

Very pleased with Ariel GTS 24. It's very comfortable and not a heavy sneaker.

Ariel gts has been my go-to show for many years. This current iteration is not my favorite for two reasons.
1) the black is not black. Its more dark grey. Please bring back the black and more color choices! See photo comparing current black with the Ariel 23 black.
2) the toe box is slightly tighter in its height. The fabric seems tighter or perhaps more taut so it pushes more against the top of the toe than my previous pairs. It may run a tad more narrow in the toe due to the shape but Im not certain.

This size was a good fit. I am needing a 12.5 but this works with my insert. Its a very good looking shoe. Thanks for being so helpful and allowing exchanges.

Been wearing Ariel's for years as my go-to shoe. At one point I felt they were getting tight and went up half a size to accommodate a deeper orthotic. Overall the shoe seems about the same as previous years with some minor differences. I have two complaints . 1) the toe box feels a little tighter from the top. Perhaps a tighter or more taut material? It may be slightly more narrow but I still feel like I have enough space perhaps because I wear a half size larger in this shoe. 2) the black is not black. It's dark grey in the new shoes. Overall solid comfy supportive shoes. Wish they offered more colors.

Shoe was much browner than expected. Was hoping for a white sneaker. Model itself is excellent, will reorder in another color.

Love, love, love these shoes! So much support and my feet never get tired!
Right now, I am wearing them in the house to do a lot of 'catch up' work
as I am behind because of health reasons. Soon, I hope to be out on the road!
These are sooo comfortable!!

So much support and cushioning - I love these shoes. I broke my ankle in two places, underwent a pretty aggressive surgical repair and was still experiencing weakness near the fractures and under my foot, two years post-surgery. After surgery, I wore Adrenaline GTS 22 and 23 extra wide for comfort but the style changed with Adrenaline GTS 24. I decided to try Ariel GTS 24 instead to get the desired style and extra wide width. These shoes give me so much confidence, extend my endurance and are like walking on a cloud. Thank you!!!

As usual, the Ariel is the best fitting shoe of the ones I've ordered. Still wish we had MORE color choices in the extra wide size. This oatmeal color is nice, but since I have two of the "off white/"gray" shoes in my rotation it would be nice to have more exciting choices. I really do appreciate the fit and comfort of the Ariel without being a mushy shoe.

I don't run, but I have severe over-pronation that results in chronic tendonitis, to the point where if I don't get enough support, I can't walk. I have expensive orthotics from the podiatrist, but even they don't help if the shoe doesn't have enough support. I have had to ditch all my favorite shoes and have tried multiple brands and expensive, ugly orthopedic shoes with mixed results. I found an article from an orthopedist about exactly the type of tendonitis I get (posterior tibial) and they suggested this shoe, so I sighed and took out my credit card again, fully expecting it to be a waste. It was not a waste. I LOVE these shoes. I have to stop myself from wearing them every day. I don't even need my orthotics or brace most of the time! No pain! It is INCREDIBLE. I wish I had the money to buy them in every color. And I wish they came in more colors! Please never ever discontinue this shoe, Brooks.
