Great shoe! Only drawback is the tongue of the shoe is short.

Love the fit and feel of these shoes. Very supportive. This is my second pair of Ariels. Be advised, the mercury/ebony/lavender is NOT grey as it appears on the website. They are definitely a greenish/gray. When I asked my daughter what color they are she said "mint green." Still cute but not the neutral I expected. They will now be my work shoes and my coconut ones are my go to neutral shoe. Love them.

I have severe bunions and need a Large toe box. These shoes have that, but now the heel is too wide. Unfortunately,, I have a narrow heel. What to do???

I really liked the style and fit of these Ariel GTS shoes. ( thank you Brooks, for carrying Women's size 13s!) My foot is extremely sensitive currently as I'm experiencing both plantar fascitis, and neuropathy, and while they might have worked for the plantar fascitis alone, they were too hard for my neuropathy, and were painful. My choices right now are extremely limited, as my foot is so sensitive, and also because I wear a 13. The only brand my foot can tolerate at the moment (Hokas) doesn't have Women's size 13s, and I have to wear a "Unisex" size, which basically is a men's size, and are too wide and don't fit as well as a Women's 13.

Very uncomfortable. Fit is too tight in the toe box and bruised my toes. Never again.

I had to return these shoes. My feet are flatter than flat and wide. I don't run, just need an everyday comfortable shoe. I ended up getting men's Adrenaline that fit and the color is similar to this Ariel.

I have worn the Ariel shoe for years. The shoes fits good and helps with my flat feet. The only problem I have with these is the shoe is squeaky when you walk. The last pair I had did the same thing. I ended up buying a different shoe. I've tried all the things I know like baby powder. It's annoying to be walking around and all you hear is the squeaking.

Ariel gts has been my go-to show for many years. This current iteration is not my favorite for two reasons. 1) the "black" is not black. It's more dark grey. Please bring back the black and more color choices! See photo comparing current black with the Ariel 23 black. 2) the toe box is slightly tighter in its height. The fabric seems tighter or perhaps more taut so it pushes more against the top of the toe than my previous pairs. It may run a tad more narrow in the toe due to the shape but I'm not certain.

Been wearing Ariel's for years as my go-to shoe. At one point I felt they were getting tight and went up half a size to accommodate a deeper orthotic. Overall the shoe seems about the same as previous years with some minor differences. I have two complaints . 1) the toe box feels a little tighter from the top. Perhaps a tighter or more taut material? It may be slightly more narrow but I still feel like I have enough space perhaps because I wear a half size larger in this shoe. 2) the black is not black. It's dark grey in the new shoes. Overall solid comfy supportive shoes. Wish they offered more colors.

I wish it were available in black in my size, 6D. The toe bed is wide enough and the rise in the heel is great for my plantar fasciitis. I have worn Ariels with my orthodics for a number of years now, but this pair is too shallow in the heel, and my heel rises up from the shoe when I walk. It doesn't work for me.

I liked the overall look on my feet; however it's a tight fit, although it's my normal size, 10.5. I saw that it's made in Vietnam, my experience with the Eastern manufacturers is that they make a smaller size.

These are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned. I have a wide foot and the wide size fit perfectly. So far Ive used for walking.

While I typically love Brooks running shoes, I do not like this Ariel version. It's a really heavy shoe as far as any other running shoe I've owned (and I buy a lot). The laces are ridiculously short also. This is unfortunately not a shoe I would come close to recommending. I use it for walking rather than the running I purchased them for. Really disappointed overall.

They are ok, not as comfortable as other shoes I have purchased. However what I really don't like is the description says black. however in daylight it's actually navy blue with a black tongue and laces. So the look is not very good.

The Ariel 20 was the last reliable edition of this sneaker after a decade of use. Its devastating for an active wide-width walker. The insole on this edition is dramatically alteredflat and hard and I actually ended up replacing them with the much cushier and comfortable old model insole. The frame of the shoe barely matters now that I understand how much the insole defined the comfort of the shoe. No longer a loyal customer.

In the last 5 years, Brooks has been my go to shoes. But this pair hurts my left outer foot, so bad, I dont wear them much. The right I have no problem with. I normally would order Brooks Arial 20 in an 8 Wide, never had trouble. Maybe this particular shoe is not the replacement for what I normally get, I am open to suggestions.

I am not sure why Brooks does this, but Repeatedly only the ugliest versions of Brooks shoes are available in narrow widths.
