Started off purchasing 1 pair to see how they compared to my husbands other beast shoes. He thought they were okay and we ordered another pair in a different color. The 2nd pair fit completely different in a good way. They were bigger though the same size in fit and now he won't wear the originals because the fit of the 2nd pair fit better. So sizing is inconsistent and for the price that shouldn't be a problem. Now I'm scared to buy more because I don't know how they will fit and because he wore them and time I'm stuck with them.

I used the pre-GTS Beast for 7 years and tried the Beast GTS. Had to return the shoe because they added a stiff rubber to the toe area and it gave me terrible blisters. Ended up moving to Asics

Overall the build and quality seems like Brookss typical greatness. I was supposed with this version of Beast how tight they are on the sides. Its considerably tighter on width than older versions of Beast. So much I had to check to ensure they both said the were Medium.

Great shoe and with the generous toe box really the only pair that fits my feet. This shoe has allowed me to run. One tiny complaint is that the tongue is a bit too short on this latest model. I am always having to tug it up

I have been wearing beast for over 20 years and love them. The pair I just got feels more like a size 12 and not 13. The tops of my toes are getting mashed. This has never happened before. I should go to a runner's shoe store and check to see if my foot has grown. I'm 58, hopefully my feet aren't getting bigger

This is my third pair of these shoes and this pair did not seem the same. My custom orthotics squeaked loudly and I was experiencing foot pain. I returned them but what a hassle. Afraid to order a replacement so I'll have to try something else

Comfortable to wear and walk in all day; look is nice; not a good running shoe for me. Why: because the toe box is narrow at the toe and both outside edges of my largest toes rub the shoe. Shoe is not too short, just had a weird angle around the toe area, last years model didnt fit like that.
Seems like the shoe has a weird angle around the toe area causing rubbing.
Thats what I dont like about shoes that change too much in design/shape/comfort as the models progress. Engineers try to make it better and cheaper to make for same selling price, but you always get a weird flaw as a result that varies by person.
Some will say they are great, perfect, and some will say there is an issue or they dont like them.
Previous pair of beasts didnt last long, inner heel material tore apart from friction rubs, outside edges of heel wore out really fast and at a bad angle causing feet and ankles to roll outwards.
Didnt get very many miles
From last pair.
Thought I would give these 1 more try in a newer model and see how it goes.
I will say Im not impressed of the build quality, figment for the money. Not worth it. Obvious decline in insole quality also.

I've tried the ON brand shoe and I thought that was great. But it wasn't wide enough nor as comfortable as these. Also, I've tried Hoka and wasn't thrilled with the top of the shoes very weak in structure. This shoe has both. it's very comfortable and it's got a good top portion that keeps your foot secure and keeps it from sliding around. Excellent shoe I'm very thrilled with it.

I have wore brooks beast in past and for past few years have been using other inferior brands. I decided to treat myself to Brooks Beast recently and it's like going back to a luxury brand. The level of stability and cushioning is superior. They are pricey but worth every penny.

I have the Beast 23 in 4E width and they are perfect. Unfortunately the Beast 24 is not the same and too narrow in the toebox. Had to return and find another pair of 23s. Whatever was changed I hope they undo on the next version and go back to a wider fit.

I have worn various models of this shoe for many years. I have to wear an orthotic in one shoe and a foot-ankle brace in the other. I found this version to be a bit snugger than the previous one. It still has good cushioning and is and feels a bit lighter than prior ones.

I went with Wide (my first time), and the Heel still feels tight. Ill use them for the cushioning, but they come off at first chance.

Beast GTS Shoe relieved foot pain in heel from planters fasciitisExperienced Immediate comfort and support from the get go. I dont delay in putting them on first light and mostly leave them on until I go to bed at night. I will be ordering another pair. Not a Winter/ wet shoe very breathable. Love wearing indoors as lounging and for walking treadmillit will be replacing my Crocks Yukon as around the house shoe.

I bought a pair of the Beast 14s. Fantastic shoes! Then I bought a pair of the Beast 20s. Totally horrible shoes! Its so flimsy. Every time I put my foot in the shoe, the tongue slides all the way forward and the back of the heel folds over. Its such a waste of time to fix these things before I can even tie my shoes!

The last three models of the Beast squeak after the first week or so. I have tried everything to stop it, but with no success. I miss the old Beast models.

After a week of breaking in, the shoes feel great! This is my 4th pair of Brooks Beast, which I wear daily for walking (averaging nearly 13K steps/day). They last about 12 months, with sole wear mainly on the outside edge, especially on the right shoe. Recommended by my PT, they provide excellent knee stability and accommodate wide feet.
