First - I hate buying new shoes- these are replacing my Beast 20 (after trying them and really liking them- I bought 2 more pairs- sadly the last one is now worn out). I use these for walking only- I can no longer run due to hip arthritis. I have worn these for just over 2 weeks now- covering between 25-30 miles walking total. They are comfortable and supportive. Only issue I have is they "squeak" when walking on most surfaces. (carpeted they tend not to). This started after a few days of use and is continuing- hopefully it goes away.

I love them, great support for walking and standing. I'm 71 and without that and the comfort I would have a lot of trouble. Thank you.

I feel Brooks did a great job updating the Beast. I'm 6'3" and used to weight 255lbs. I had trouble finding shoes to walk and jog in that supported my feet without eventually giving way to foot pain. The Beast was the first shoe I found that consistently provided the comfort and support I needed. I loved walking and jogging in the shoe but felt it wasn't supportive enough when doing lateral aerobic movements. The new Beast seems to be a bit firmer for jogging and walking without sacrificing comfort. They also provide the lateral support I was looking for, though I have yet to put them to the test. I was looking for a new shoe to address my needs, then I saw the video Brooks put out on the upgrades to the Beast. Because of the video I purchased my fourth pair Beast, which I wasn't disappointed. Again, great job on the improvements I will continue being a Brooks customer!

The Beast GTS 24 does not come in the most attractive schemes; however, the shoe works well for people with flat feet. It's reliable and sturdy. It comes from a long line of successful footwear that allows a regularly walker/runner to log their steps/miles and survive to do so again the next day!

No break in required. Perfect fit. Ready to go right out of the box

Dont call this GTS. The 24 is a completely different shoe and fit than the 23. The heel is lifted, the outer edge is lowered. Waste of money

I like the Beast so much I bought 3 pairs.

very disappointed. decent heel cushion but otherwise felt like a heavy, minimalist brick. poor internal fit. strained a big toe after one short treadmill session. promptly returned for refund. really struggling to find a ghost replacement with that model tanking (for me) as well.

Great shoes. I have purchased over 10 pairs over the last couple of years.

Probably the best sneaker I have worn extremely comfortable, highly recommend mostly walking

Decided to try these over another brand due to more cushioning. The cushioning is great however the foot stability is definitely lacking and noticing inversion of my foot with walking.

If you're a big, tall guy with foot issues, this is THE shoe for you. I'm 6'4" tall, about 250 lbs., with a bit of plantar fasciitis in my right foot, and high arches. I had the Beast 20 shoes before this, and these are the perfect replacement for those. Well-cushioned, great arch support, and very stable to walk/run in. The only criticism I can give is that I'd it if the upper reached a little higher on my foot. Having high arches means my foot is taller than usual, so I barely have enough lace-length left to tie them. I can get them tied, but barely, and since the tongue has that elastic strap on one side, it gets pulled toward that a bit.

Having been a huge fan of Beast 20, I am disappointed with Beast 24. Overall, they are fine except for the stiff part by the toes. If you need the extra space by the toes, this shoe is not for you. Brooks, please go back to whatever you did with the front of the Beast 20, that was best.

As with a number of Brooks shoes, new versions are a disappointment - particularly for those with wide (4E ) feet. The Beast has gotten narrower . Returned them immediate after receipt

It would be nice if you would remove the arrow on the side for a nicer looking shoe

Beast are my favorites! They are the best for comfort and support. Makes me feel confident

Feel different in just a year. Been wearing Beasts for years and loved them. Fit my duck feet and provided the support necessary to run. Something has changed though. Don't feel as comfortable. Narrower in that my foot doesn't feel as comfortable as previously. Support is there but it's not comfortable as any other Beast model. The color choices are ridiculous too for 4E. I'm going to shop elsewhere next round if Brooks doesn't fix it.

Returned them. Horrible color choices. Need a neutral gray. My husband has been wearing "The Beast" for over 15 years and did not even try them on. So disappointed. Purchased a pair from another company and he is very pleased with them. Sorry
