Too narrow and not nearly wide enough tor box for women's feet. Needs to be more like Rylan's.

There is a flaw with the construction quality of this shoe. The hoops that the lace runs through will come un-stitched after moderate use.

Not a good fit for me, the arch support felt off and hurt my foot.

This was my first time to try the Revel 7. I loved the colors and the style but I had to return them because they were too small. I have bought Brooks shoes for many years and always wear woman's 5.5. Not sure if this is normal or just an abnormality

Nice shoe for work but I'm used to the glycerin for running. No comparison

These shoes gave me plantar fasciitis in my left foot, terrible shin splints and created callous pain points I've never had before in my right foot. If I could give zero stars I would. I have narrow feet and high arches so I admit it's difficult for me to find shoes that don't hurt my feet. I bought them for work (I'm on my feet 8+ hours a day) thinking Brooks are known for being great supportive shoes and I've never had a shoe cause me pain like these.

These are incredibly awful shoes. They are the most uncomfortable Brooks I've ever purchased. I don't know what they have been doing to their insoles, but wearing these shoes feels like walking on plywood with no cushion or support. Every pair of Brooks I've purchased in my life have felt like walking on a cloud, so I'm beyond disappointed. Not sure if I'll buy from them again.

The shoe was comfortable but the sole started to separate from toe on the 3rd or 4th use. I am returning them.

I love brooks Ghost is my go to, but I wanted to have an additional pair to alternate I saw this one likes it and go it I have a treadmill at home so I tried it and it hurt my feet specially my left foot, I have a bunion, but my husband also got a men's pair of the same Shane he has no bunions and it too was uncomfortable nothing like the Ghost.

Was so excited to get these. Revel 6 I took them out of box and were perfect. Revel 7 was totally different. Felt stiff all over. Did not like the tongue with all the extra loops. Was so sad and will be returning

I was really excited to use my pair for work, but the left insole was obviously too small, like they grabbed whatever insole is available. Had to return.

I have had six pairs of revels and this does not do the model justice. It is a different shoe than it has been in the past. It is tighter all over. It did not fit me. I returned it. I was disappointed that they changed the model so much.

I love my old brooks running shoe. The revel 7 which should have been comparable was sized differently. Both were 8 and 1/2. The new shoe was visibly smaller. Felt way too small on. Returned. Disappointed.

Started wearing them for work in September 2024. They were uncomfortable, that I replaced the insole in 2 months. They started ripping in January and the bottom is already worn out. Adidas and Nike are way more comfortable and have lasted me yrs.

Have had these shoes for less than two months. Loved them until the lacing system broke this morning. The laces go through fabric string fashioned into loops, not regular eyelets in the shoe itself. The top of the fabric string popped out from one side of the shoe, so now the shoes cannot lace up. I had the Revel 6, which had regular eyelets. Please go back to that system in the next iteration and stop this insanity. I really like these shoes for the firm bottom, arch support and heel drop as they work much better for me than Ghost. But I will not buy another pair of Revel with these fabric loop things. Athletic shoes that cannot lace are useless.

Not as neutral as a prior revel version. The sneakers front was too wide.

Update to my previous review: I believe the issue is a very flimsy tongue flap. No cushion as in most Brooks.

I usually love the Revels but when I bought my new pair of the 7's, I wore them half a day and went to tighten my shoe laces and the lace band broke. Not a fan of the elastic holding onto the shoe lace instead of the shoe lace being inside the shoe. Returned immediately.

I am coined the Revel Queen by my peers because they were the most comfortable shoe. Revel 3 were the first shoes I purchased for half marathon training and I've been hooked. HOWEVER, I tried to love the revel 7 but they are not working for me. I even purchased insoles to help with the frequent shin splints and feet "burning" sensation after a couple of miles. I cannot run no more than 2 miles in these shoes without feeling some sort of discomfort. I kept the shoe beyond the return policy hoping I would break in by the time of my half marathon and I ended up running in a pair of older shoes that were waaay better. I have wide flat feet and the newer shoes feel a little narrow. I tried to run in them again after a couple of weeks and my shin splints are back :-(

After the first couple of weeks of wearing, the shoe hurt the top of my left foot. I’ve tried loosening the laces to no avail. First Brooks shoe in decades that I’m unhappy with. Too bad because now they’re not returnable.

Very uncomfortable. There was no cushioning and I felt like I was walking on stone. Very hard. I returned them and purchased the Ghost style which is what I've had in the past.
