This was a gift for my Granddaughter and she loves it. She told me her friends are going to be very jealous of her. She can't wait to tell them she got it from her Grandma! She is in 8th grade and it will be very useful for all her books, etc. Her brother wants one in a different style, of course!

Purchased for my granddaughter to use for school. She loves it! Seems very durable and not overly large and bulky.

It distributes the weight well and packs in a lot but it doesn't have good balance to just sit up when not on my back and the straps are very long so tail behind a lot; without shoulder tie it tends to fall off one shoulder; not water proof and when coffee spilled it seeped into the bag and stained my papers; I like the black color less than the other hues

It wasn't for me. It had a very tight fit and the top kept flapping down. I need an easy in and out with my work things and this took too much effort to try and pack my things into. Great quality, just too tight fitting for my style.

Good four compartments. One for laptop and papers nicely padded. One for everything then one for small items. Last one for easy access such as cords. Chargers. Lights. Wonder how it goes when put in washing and drying machines . Great color. Especially in the dark. Received many compliments. Trying not to use full capacity though.

Use it for school. Excellent quality and customer service.

I got the purple color and it was cute but the backpack couldn't fit anything. I planned to use it for school and put two 1 inch binders, a small folder, pencil pouch, laptop, and a book. The backpack was too small and it top heavy. I couldn't fit my water bottle in the side pockets either. I could barely fit anything into the smaller zippers. I returned and got the recon instead and it's much better.

I use this pack for work and so far it's been great. I love the laptop compartment, feels very secure. The ability to expand the pack is great. Only downside is it is a little stiff but hoping it loosens up with more use.

I've owned 4 Borealis backpacks over the past 15 years and this is by far the worst one. The two smaller compartments are small so space is wasted and is so top heavy. Space under can't be utilized
