I love these and the stability they provide while lifting is amazing! I love the room for the toes so you can really get that strong grip! My only complaint is you have to wear high socks because they do rub the back of your ankle. They are super light and keep your feet cool but dont walk through water because there is a screen on the bottom where water can leak in and get your socks wet

Great shoe for weight training, I would suggest getting a half size up especially if you wear socks.
