These are so good for lifting. So comfortable and flat.

They have great heel support. I have a heel spur, plantar fasciitis, and achilles pain , so I've been picky about my shoes lately.

The size was a difficult bc in 6 but in this shoes its huge try a 5 at lease I returned their resolve immediately But have the same problem the size Thank you any ways
