I have both white and pink pairs, they stable with the lifting, haven't try the rope climbing, save it for this weekend. Overall it's fit true to size, I have the normal feet, neither narrow or wide, I only use it at gym, so no comment on the hole in the bottom, if anyone will use it for outside training or walking to the gym, might get wet or dust inside.

I weight train twice a week and have lived the stability these have added to my training. I love my old Altras with zero drop but they didn't provide any side support. These Dropsets are so stable with the bonus of fabulous colours (I chose the bright pink) and they fit my very wide feet. Probably not for you if you have a narrower than an average foot.

This shoe is stable across the base of the footbed. The enhanced ankle cushioning makes it a comfortable fit with a secure brace around the ankle. The extra shoe holes along the shoe helps with the versatility of the fit of the shoe. Shoe is on the larger side so size down.
