I am a fitness instructor and I have some issues with balance, stability while teaching my strength classes due to having foot/toe surgery. I bought one pair of Dropset 3 and they significantly helped to improve my balance and stability, so I bought another pair! I recommended these shoes to other strength instructors and they love them. These shoes wouldn't be good for running, jumping, etc., but they are GREAT for strength training.

Great trainers - very stable so excellent for weight training - not sure holes in sole are really necessary (but of a fad) but obviously for indoor use only anyway - liked so much bought my husband a pair. Come up small so sized up by a half size.

Bought these as a gift and the she loved them and mentioned the perfect fit and quality. Great looking shoe and incredible design all around. The person that came up with this shoe was definitely in a creative zone because these shoes are excellent!

It's an excellent, custom-made product, and a marvel for CrossFit.

This is my first pair of weight training shoes and I immediately noticed an improvement with squats. The quality and fit are great as has been my experience with Adidas. They also have excellent air flow. Not a comfortable shoe for multi sport but worth it for maximizing performance in the weight room.

The wide, flat design of the shoe relieves my foot pain.

Would recommend this shoe to anyone training with weights.

Good fit. A little stiff at first for training, but the shoes provide good support for weightlifting and keep your feet stable.

Its just what im looking for the gym. Confortable

Treated myself to some new lifting shoes after wearing my metcon 7s for the last 5 years. I was unsure about switching from metcon 7s to these but they're fantastic! Super supportive for lifting & comfortable. Basic white matches everything. I did buy two sizes (5 & 5.5) & kept the 5's because they felt more secure when lifting. I wouldn't use these for HIIT training or anything with dynamic bursts as they aren't designed for that. But if you want a solid comfortable lifting shoe, these are great!

I love the style, I haven't used it but they make me feel stronger
