Great for lifting - very stable. If you do more CrossFit / conditioning training these can feel a little bulky though. I also am a size 12.5 in most trainers, these I had to go to a size 13 for length, not width reasons. Great roomy toe box as is.

I got these with a big discount but the only size available for me was 11.5 and I'm a size 11 , o was a bit skeptical but I saw some reviews mentioning that you need to size up on these so I just pulled the trigger and it was the right choice, shoes are really bulky and toe box is really wide but are really short, very comfortable , lightweight and stable, very good pair of shoes but looks really bulky and looks like a clown shoe hahaha.

Good information to go up one size. Nice fit, plus the color is the best.

I love these shoes but the benefits of the sole vent is outweighed by the downside

Going from neutral shoes to these is a little weird because the stability makes you feel like you're wearing cinder blocks but you can get used to it. Very basic but effective shoe for weight lifting.

These shoes are on a par with any adidas trainers I've owned. And certainly more comfortable than other shoes I've bought.

I've used them twice. So far, Reebok Nanos feel better. I returned them this first time I bought them because my usual number is smaller, I lost a discount.

I wish the midfoot area was slightly wider. I love the toe box width but feel just a little pinch in the middle. Feels solid when lifting weights.

I have nanos, metcons and now dropsets.
They are very rigid compared to competitors, which is a good thing if bought for static lifts, running in them is better than the metcons but you won't be running Miles. The heel lift is 6mm compared to the others 7mm.
In terms of long term...a good start is they have a hard but rubber heel. The metcon has thin rubber over plastic which soon wears out.
Overall....I do really like these shoes and time will tell how they wear in.
Stick to your regular shoe size
