They bite at the ankle in big movements. Tend to pinch till and rub into your ankles causing discomfort if tied to tightly.

I often recommend people not to lift in running shoes, because of the instability they create. When clients and members at my club ask for shoe recommendations I will tell them to get dropsets are a great option for training. I have squated, Dead lifted and clean and jerks.
the cons: I would like to have a wider toe box, and I would them to not get scruffed as easy.

The red adidas Dropset 3 training shoes offer excellent stability and support, perfect for weightlifting and CrossFit. They have a firm heel, flexible forefoot, and strong grip for confident movement. The roomy toe box and secure ankle collar add comfort, though they run slightly largeconsider sizing down. Durable and breathable, these shoes combine performance with standout style.

The shoe fits true to size and offers adequate support for exercises such as deadlifts and squats. However, I'm uncertain about its suitability for long-distance running.

Great looking and weight lifting shoe but not made for distance. Very stiff so it rubbed the back of my ankle for blisters. Toe box was perfect fit and comfortable just need more flex and I think I wouldn't have gotten the blisters

These keep your feet nice and cool thanks to the sole ventilation

I bought these shoes for my son who was struggling with pains in his feet when lifting weights at the gym. These have made a huge difference to 1. comfort and 2. performance according to him.
As well as that as a flat soled shoe for lifting they are nice looking.

Great wearing comfort. They fabric across the tongue is stretchy and allows for fluid movement and keeps you cool. Wide toebox and overall wider sole offers great stability. Super lightweight for box jumps.
Didn't give it a 5 because they're not very cushioned for aerobic based workouts. I wouldn't recommend running in these or doing jump rope for too long. The upper gets beat up pretty quickly, too.
There's a fine line because if they make the sole more cushion-y, you lose the support, but you can't do much more than weight bearing exercises (dead lift, squat, etc.) without the balls if your feet hurting after.

Needed a black pair of shoes and chose these. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the Grey look so much better. Unfortunately I have way to many Grey pairs already.

I bought the old version and loved them so much I wore them out so naturally bought these as a replacement. Love the styling and the improved sole of the new ones but hate the overly high back of the heel that has rubbed my heel raw in one workout and means they will have to be broken in
