Delivered today. I ordered a large which is always a good size for me. Not in this jacket. It fit tight and pulled at the shoulders. Also the sleeves were a little short. The material feels very flimsy. I'm returning the jacket.

I'm giving this two stars not because the jacket is poorly made but because it was something I would not have bought if I had seen, felt, and tried it on before buying. While the product is billed as "light and airy" it was so insubstantial that I had the feeling it was overpriced (even at the sale price) for a garment so thin. Worse, I got the "sale color" which in person is a ghastly pale yellow and made me look like a corpse. I did not come to these conclusions immediately, but kept the jacket a couple weeks, laundered it, and tried to give it a fair chance. After several wearings, I decided to give it away. I have other L.L. Bean garments that I really like, so this is an anomaly.

Not exactly what I was looking for. It is a very light and airy windbreaker. I was looking for something to wear in the fall and for the price I thought it would be a little warmer.

I did not like the material of this windbreaker. It certainly does break the wind. However, I am a warm blooded man and this jacket clung to my skin. Very difficult to remove.

This jacket was not the quality expected from LL Bean. Material was thinner than paper and would not withstand normal wear and tear for what I needed. The only thing positive about it was the hidden hood. Seems like LL Bean quality standards have been lowered so I returned it for a refund.

This is not waterproof and I would go so far as to say not water repellent. In a light shower I was pretty much drenched. It's also quite thin and it's sized rather small if you're an extra large it's probably not going to fit. For almost $80 it's a hard pass for me. It also used to have zippers on the pockets and now it just has flaps. Obviously a cost cutting measure

Because it has a hood I thought it was waterproof or at the least water resistant and it is neither. It's not an expensive but I don't know what the functionality is? It has a hood to protect you from nothing I guess. It provides no warmth the material is permeable. It looks great but I would pass. It's also sized on the small side I'm usually an extra large and it barely fit

Don't' return your item you won't get refunded they find every excuse not to return your money AND I don't even have the item I returned the item June 11 they take there time (the 17 th of June) to receive it then another 5 days to process it then don't give back your money. BAD BAD SERVICE!! I still have my receipt and ups slip to proof this and thank god I did everything through PayPal I dispute the whole thing.

Did not fita large should have fit a 5-6 and 157 # man, but it did notreturned for an XLbut the return cost me 6.50I've been a customer for 50+ years and I'm disappointed by this return policy LL Bean products are not always sized as stated

Way too small I returned. Overall not up to LL Bean Standards quality wise.

Frustrating. Sleeve lining comes outside of cuff when you put it on. Difficult to keep it from happening, gets all twisted. Needs revision of sleeves.,

I ordered a 3xxl size because I wanted it to be very large to wear sweaters beneath it and still be loose and comfortable. When I got it, it was way too small. The size chart is way off. My advice is to order TWO sizes larger than you normally wear. Otherwise it can't be " a light and airy" windbreaker.

Velcro closures are terrible. They either stop stop holding together or come off fabric or tear thin material. Zipper compartment for hood storage are the best in my years of owning these type windbreakers. Very disappointed L.L. Bean.

Call this a shirt! That's what it is. Also, I ordered an extra large, that is what they sent but it was more like a medium.

Looks OK but it was far smaller than the XXL I expected based on the sizing of other Bean products I own. To add insult, they charge return postage even if the product doesn't fit!

I purposely bought XXXL Tall which is at least one size larger than what I usually buy expecting something loose fitting. Its wearable but seems more like a womans XXL
