I'm a long time Birkenstock customer....these are the best I've ever worn. The leather footbed feels smoother on my feet then the traditional cork. Not sure I'll ever purchase the cork footbed again, that's how much I like them!

hurt between the toes

I REALLY wanted to love these shoes because they are so stylish and supportive, however, the plastic separator between the toes is made of hard plastic and hurts my feet. I have multiple pairs of Birks and have never had difficulty breaking them in, until now. Unfortunately these have to go back :(

These are really cute and a nice soft color. The big gold buckle makes them especially stylish. Sadly, I had to send them back... the leather between the toe rubbed me in the wrong spot and they just were not going to work.

these look good but for me they are too heavy and too stiff.

I have owned Birkenstock’s in the past. They were comfortable from the first wear. These are not and I’m now considering returning them. They look great and the width and length are true to size, but the strap in between the toes is very uncomfortable and I’m not even sure that part is leather. It feels more like hard plastic. I’m going to give it a few more days but overall I’m very disappointed. For the price I expected more.

I usually love Birks but the toe post on this sandal is so hard I could not wear them and will be returning them.

LOVE Birkenstocks this is my fifth pair. the shoe always confirm to your feet after wearing several times.

The fit and size are exactly as expected. The buckle did dig into my foot a little bit after I tightened it one notch. I didn’t really notice until I wore them around a bit. But it was all better after I loosened it to the original notch. But they are very comfortable and very handsome! Lots of compliments.

Size and fit is perfect. Great shoes. I ended exchanging for a different color

The sandals were damaged from previous wear with strap on one damaged from being buckled and the insole on other scratched into the black leather. I am returning and not replacing through ZAPPOS as this is the second time I ordered these and now both times damaged. Also, this pair like the previously damaged pair did not come in a Birkenstock box. I am not going to pay $150 for sandals damaged by a previous buyer.

I bought these in brown at Dillards. The Gizeh is my favorite Birk, nice and sturdy. Good driving shoes. These shiny buckles level up the look. A+ for quality

Love the leather insole. Stays cleaner than other Birkenstocks with the suede insole.

These are pretty comfortable. I haven't yet had the right weather to wear them for a long walk, but indoors all day they seem to be comfortable!

Birks; elevated. Gizeh is my favorite style and these, with their big gold buckle, in this wonderfully unusual color, sort of thrill me. I also like that the footbed is coated with something as well, maybe it'll delay the inevitable dark footprint inside! These sandals are gonna kill it in Palm Springs with a kaftan.

The straps were just too wide.

Great sandal. Needs a little breaking in. I had an issue with my delivery but, as always, Zappos customer service was wonderful to work with.

These shoes are so stylish!!!!! Such a cool sandle. I have the basic style of this shoe, but this one is a nice upgrade that could be dressy as well as casual.

Honestly my most comfy Bitkenstocks ever. Something about the wider straps and the smooth footbed. Amazing!!

Love the color of this leather and birks are just soooo comfortable… really, the only sandals I use! The big buckle adds a little sass to the already cute Gizeh. Would highly recommend!

The fit was great. I love the Yellow Big Buckle, white soles. My favorite pair yet.

This is a gorgeous sandal. The fit is true to size and the adjustable strap allowed me to make it comfortable over my high arches. At first the gold buckle was a bit glaring, but I have fallen in love with it as it adds an element of dressiness with skirts and summer dresses. The footbed is very supportive for my high arches. Worth the expense, highly recommended!
