The style was super cute however the (tobacco color) leather was really thick and stiff. They would have had a long and uncomfortable break in period. My daughter chose to return them.

BIrkenstock needs to make 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11... we are out here! We have money to spend! I have very flat feet. Larger length feet does not mean high instep. 10.5 in these would’ve been great! I bought these because they’re truly adjustable, not a Velcro strap I can’t punch a new hole in to get snug fit. I mostly wear tennies so I can lace up. Chacos even stretched out and couldn’t stay snug!

OK. I love the more feminine versions of Birk's. These definitely fit that bill; however, I returned them. While they are super cute and feminine, I didn't like the strap at the top (close to the ankle) of the shoe. It restricts movement in the foot and just walking around the house for a minute while trying them on, I felt like the strap was rubbing a tiny bit. I returned them, and I plan to buy another pair of the Birkenstock Yao's. Also, I bought my daughter this same pair of shoes, and she loves them!

I wear Birkenstock Arizona's daily. This fit tight and any adjustment with the buckles made it too loose. I had to return them, though I loved the navy color and the leather.

I loved the style of this shoe and was happy to find a real leather Birkenstock with the original footbed (not the soft), other than the Arizona. I’ve heard the soft footbed is not as supportive for those who need a high, strong arch support, which I do. Unfortunately, on this shoe the understrap of one of the straps over the forefoot digs in. I can tell it’s going to be a problem, and sadly need to return them. I hope Birkenstock will consider bringing back more leather styles with the original footbed so many of us love.

Very ridged and inflexible. I was disappointed because it’s nearly impossible to find 5.5 narrow and these even have several adjustable straps, but the leather was too stiff and painful to want to take the time to break them in.

These weren't wide enough to accommodate my bunion, and my instep is too high for the upper strap.

These were hard to strap on. I have narrow feet so I had to put it on the 3rd or 4th hole which made the staps hang down a little too much. Shavings of white leather were coming off while I was trying to put the staps through the buckle. They are also not confortable. For the pice point, I expected better.

Was a 1/2 size too long for me. Returned. Leather was thin.

I hate to leave a bad review for Birks. I love the fit and support the sandals give me! I have a few pair in this style, but with different upper materials. This particular pair are the only ones I have in the Birko-Flor, which is supposed to be "skin friendly". Unfortunately, for me, it is not. The material made the tops of my feet break out in a horrible itchy rash - perfectly in line with where the straps were, so I know it was the shoes. I stopped wearing them once I figured out they were a problem and eventually (with time and medication) the rash went away. My Birks with leather uppers have never given me a reaction. I can't say that this will happen to everyone. I have really sensitive skin. I am super sad to have to return these. I adore the color so much!!! The sandals themselves are super comfortable, but I had to knock off a couple stars because of my reaction to them :(

So ugly. Worst of all the footbed has a weird curve and my feet didn’t fit at all. The size was fine. They were terribly uncomfortable!

Loved these but the insole cracked on both sandals less than 6 months in. Super disappointed in the quality of Birks as the first pair I had last 10 years. Zappos customer service as always was amazing and gave me a full refund. Zappos is always my place to go for shoes. Thank you for being amazing!

The leather doesn’t fit quite right in the buckles and will get ruined with buckling and unbuckling. The soles are rock hard and it doesn’t come in a soft footbed. Totally uncomfortable

Cute shoe, but rubbed toes. I have several Birks, but these just aren’t comfortable.

These are going back and are absolutely NOT as pictured or described. They are a light tannish color - not tobacco oiled leather - and not "distressed" looking like the pic. Other people have commented on this as well. Why won't Zappos fix the pic and description so people don't waste their time buying something they didn't choose?

I wear a size 36 medium in the Birks such as the Florida and Arizona, but these felt and looked like a narrow. Shoe was clearly marked “medium.” Loved style and look but too narrow for me.

I ordered these in regular width. I found the Franca( regular) to be a much narrower fit than the Granada( regular). I did go up a size to see if it would help but I am sad to say that the sandals will be going back

So disappointed in these sandals. I've worn Birkenstocks for years and the arch, especially on the left shoe, was just terribly painful. I tried wearing them around inside the house several times to see if it would improve, but it did not. I really wanted them to work, such a pretty color, so nice and summery, but I'm sending them back. All my other Birkenstocks are supportive, stable and comfortable.

The fit and the look of the Franca sandal were perfect, I really love them. Sadly they will be returned as they constantly make a noise when I walk. I have worn them in the house for over a week, adjusted the straps, etc. yet the noise continues. The size needed is now not available.

I can’t believe these came in a bag!!!! The shoe box was crunched. I GOTTA SAY, IM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!! What happened to ZAPPOS?

Was anxious to try this new Birk style but didn’t like the look after I tried them on. Will return and purchase the Florida instead

Unfortunately, when I walked around the house in the shoes, the straps caused pain on the sides of my feet. I could not wear them. I loved the style, but, they are not good for my feet!

Narrow is too wide for a very thin foot. Even in the tightest hole, could not keep my foot from sliding forward, backward and side to side. Returned.

They were way too stiff, I don't think I would even be able to wear them long enough to break. They sent me black instead of the oiled blue, they look and feel cheap which they were not. Will not order these again.

It runs really big and wide. I am always a 40, but these just seemed a size too big and very wide.
