I’ve worn Birkenstock for years but current quality seems cheaper. Hardware attaching buckles was not buried in the strap & scratched my toes. I returned them.

I purchased another Birkenstock and kept it...it is totally comfortable but this one has been sitting there waiting for me to make up my mind and the Arizona is great, this one just too small

Birkenstocks do not generally run narrow, but in this case, Narrow means Narrow. Also, the painted flowers on the black background look like someone spilled white paint on their sandals.

The shoes are the expected good quality and fit, but color is only distantly related to red, not as pictured---more of a purplish-pink plum. Would not coordinate with red clothing.

I wanted to love these! But they made my feet hurt. A lot. I think they did not have adequate arch support and the straps were uncomfortable over my instep. They are not for me.

There was a mismatch - left sandal felt bigger than right and even on tightest adjustment these are too big. Not my first Birkenstocks or Arizonas, so this was odd. Must return.

Much bigger than size. Too wide. Hard to walk in.

I think Zappos sent me a used pair. Shoes arrived without a shoe box. Tags were not attached and there were someones footprint in the shoe bed. Last pair as well. And I rarely ever say shoes are not true to size but these are easily 1/2 size larger. Pretty disappointed. I tried these out , really wanted to make them work and now not sure I can even return them

I wish I didn't buy these, Too large, too wide, zero arch support, I would not recommend this.

I received a totally different shoe. Wrong color, wrong everything. Sent back immediately

Oddly this pair of Birkenstocks are much larger and wider than other of the narrow Arizonas I've tried on. I ordered these from Zappos because I loved the color and buckle combination and could not find it elsewhere. I've tried on many Birkenstock Arizonas and normally the narrow 39 is spot on. Not this pair, so I'm returning.

This was my first purchase of Birkenstock. Was really looking forward to the comfort, however I don't think they are for me. The left foot isn't comfortable...the bottom feels too firm...and the right inner strap hurts the inside bone by the arch. Disappointed...might just be my feet/foot. They are so cute...just won't be able to wear unless I try to break them in around the house...we shall see.

Too Big, Too Wide, No support and Too plastic to make the Shoe fit my feet....These are awful,,,

Leather edges are too sharp and cut into the foot. Unlike older Birkenstocks these seem to be a lower quality leather & the fit of the sole is strangely uncomfortable. I'm not buying this brand any more

This shoe is just not made for my feet. Not comfortable to me at all.

Please get the cute ones in REGULAR width. Narrow is not comfortable for all ladies.

I was looking forward to these shoes. I ordered a 37/6 and it fits like a 7/ 8. I am a medium width and the shoe fills very wide.
