Love the looks of these! I might be treating Lilac as a new neutral color for me. My only complaint is the make a noise when I walk. I’m hoping that goes away once the leather gets worn in.

This is my 5th pair of Birkenstocks, all medium widths, and since this style was only offered in narrow, I decided to take a chance. The description states that narrow fits both medium and narrow feet. I felt it was too narrow, so I am sending them back. Now I know. But the sky blue color with white sole is so pretty and summery.

They are very stiff. I wore them around the house for a couple hours and already had the beginnings of a sore spot on the top of my foot just above my toes. I also know that Birks take quite a bit of breakin time, so I’ll be wearing them around the house until it finally warms up around here. The blue color was very nice and such a pleasant change from brown, black, tan, black, brown, etc. I just wish Birkenstock would work with their leather so they were a bit softer out of the box. But overall, they’re a keeper.

I felt like I had gotten the wrong size-normally what I get. The footbed was ok, style I loved, they were much too long & wide plus the straps on my right foot rubbed terribly.

They really nice and I want to love them but they don't fit somehow right. A little too narrow and a little bit too long. I usually shop in Zappos for their impeccable customer service !

Unfortunately I had to return these. I was afraid they were going to be too small, but they ended up being too big. It's too bad because otherwise they were quite comfortable

The suede was wonderfully soft but the front strap was way too loose. Returned

I’ve worn this style of Birkenstocks before, and the straps have always been such that there are plenty of notches to tighten as the leather stretches out. This style I had to use the tightest notch from the get-go to keep them on my feet. There would be no way to tighten them later without punching a new hole. I returned them because of this reason.

like the color. like the color of the footbed. the thinner straps on some of the Arizona sandals. Nope.

I'm normally a size 7-7.5 on sandals but the Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed regular width size 38 felt 1 full size bigger. I downsized and got the size 37 which is a much better snug fit. I can loosen the strap if needed but the foot length is definitely better and more comfortable walking than the size 38. Color-wise, I love the sandcastle color in nubuck. This color is hard to find and I'm so glad I found it at size 37 even though I'm a 7-7.5 shoe size.

I love the Arizona! But, I wasn't crazy about the gray color. It's a bit lighter than I expected. Suggestion for Birkenstock: Arizona soft footbed in a charcoal color - suede and patent.

I love the comfort of Birkenstock's Soft Bed sandals and some of the leathers are softer than others- as with this pair. Even though this pair was a Narrow, it was still too wide for me. The width of most Birkenstocks are just too wide. The Francas were probably the best fit, but the thick leather rubbed my toes. Hoping for some better models next year!

I live in Birks cuz the arch support is good for my feet. After wearing these for 2 days I started having backaches and compared the footbed to my other Birks. A soft footbed is nice but these have almost no arch support so they're going back even tho I love the look.

This is my second pair of Birks and if my podiatrist didn’t say I need them I would send them back. The first pair are Buckley and these are sandals. Narrow but not narrow enough and they squeak as I walk. What can I do to stop the noise??

Fit and size were fine. The leather was so stiff it hurt my feet. Had to return.

I wear size 40 narrow in Birkenstocks. That was the right size for me in this sandal as well; but my heels kept sliding off the sandal. Interestingly enough, the same sandal, same size in suede fit fine and I didn’t have the problem with my heels sliding.

I was shocked at how heavy and 'galummppy" these shoes were. I expected the style, but the weight caught me by surprise.

The fit is consistent with my other Birks and the soft footbed is great. However, I hate the extra large straps because they look geriatric. Mostly, the cheap plastic buckles are not par with the price and these shoes SQUEAK WITH EVERY STEP. I'm so disappointed.

This shoe seems to run Almost a 1/2 to a full size short to me. Also, the color on my monitor is a very pretty light aqua; when I got these I thought the color was off, it was a dusty blue. I sent them back :((

The biggest problem I had with these sandals was the plastic buckles. When I fastened them and then wanted to unfasten and try a different setting it was almost impossible to unfasten them. I was afraid I might break the buckle. Also, the color wasn't what I was expecting and I decided I wouldn't wear them enough to keep them. I have 5 other pairs of Birkenstock Arizonas and these were a disappointment.

I always wear a size 9 - these felt a little short & wide. Even with the buckles as tight as they could be-they felt sloppy on my feet. Overall very comfortable but just not a good fit for me.

The color is fab, the fit not so much. Even for a narrow footbed, it’s even more narrow than usual. I have to return because the strap chafes my foot.

I hated to return these, the color is gorgeous and what I'd been looking for but the strap across my toe area cut's into the top of my feet mainly at the big toes, these are NOT SOFT as I had anticipated buying nubuck. Maybe other's won't have this problem but they just hurt too much, Suede is best comfort from now on.

Fit and size was ok but the leather cuts into the top of my foot, not soft or suple like nubuck i've bought in the past. Unfortunate because I love them otherwise and the color is what i was looking for, I must return.

The shoes were too big. Sometimes I wear a 38 and sometimes a 39, I needed these in a 38. Extremely disappointed 'cause I really like the shoes.
