Zappos is the best! Free shipping both ways make returns or exchanges simple. You have a huge selection of so many brands, I don't know how they do it. A foolproof online shopping experience. I highly recommend Zappos, and the Birkenstocks I purchased are wonderful -- the most comfortable sandal made.

I love these sandals! Very comfy and the color makes them wearable with many things. No issue with toe rub and I was a little worried about the width (n) but it was perfect. I am normally a 9.5 B width Price was very good. Delivery was mind-blowing fast!

When I first ordered my Birkenstocks Mayari they were the wrong color and the wrong size. Zappos was so helpful with their return policies and in the end I love my Birkenstock shoes! I wear them everywhere because I love the support they give my feet, unlike a lot of other sandals out there.

These shoes are great. They are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I was looking for something to wear in the summer with arch support and these answered the call. I have received many compliments for them, even from people who aren't Birkenstock fans. The Birko-Flor is soft and I haven't noticed a difference with them and leather.

I love these but I had to send the first pair back because the sizing is so wrong. According to the sizing chart, I wear a 41 but I really need a 39!

These are so comfortable and I love the style. I was a bit worried about the strap between the toe but fit perfectly right out of the box. Birks are my favorite for foot support - my plantar fasciitis requires a good sandal.

I'm in love with these Birkenstocks. It took about two weeks of constant wear and a more than a few Bandaids to break them in. But now, they are my favorite shoes. The only weird quark I have experienced was when the shoes got wet. My feet were effectively dyed reddish-brown for a few days.

Love this shoe. As always, Birkenstock's are super comfy. Be sure to buy 1/2 size down though; I had to return my 1st pair.

Comfy and stylishly, feminine - for a Birk. This is a great, comfy shoe for the summer, especially after wearing flip-flops and sandals that offer me no support during the week.

Darling shoe. My favorite of all the Birkenstocks. Very secure on the foot. No break in period at all. Wonderful arch support. Color was better than depicted on web; has an attractive metallic sheen.

I'm 5'6" and weigh just over 300 lbs. I have wide feet. I usually wear a US size 10 and I didn't know which size to order. I ordered both the 40 and 41. 41 was too big - definitely too long, and the 40's fit just fine.

I love these Birkenstocks! My favorite color in this style is the silver. I wore the Antique Lace for my wedding recently and they were perfect for a summer wedding. They are super comfortable. For me, they are not great for walking long distances. I have been ordering a pair every other year - I wear them every day in the summer and they last me about two summers.

Excellent fit, comfortable and stylish sandal. I wear it all the time and the color is neutral enough to go with black or browns.

This would have been my first pair of Birkenstocks - they are very attractive but the leather rubbed around my big toe. That's not to say it might have stretched and softened but I didn't want to risk it.

I have a very narrow foot, and while these shoes are definitely doable in narrow, I still have to clinch my toes when walking to keep from stepping out. However, they are well-made, give firm support, and will likely be very durable. I would probably order a soft foot bed next time, however - after walking for a day in these shoes on pavement, you can tell they do not have much cushioning. But overall, these are an excellent shoe. I wish the sole of the shoe had a bit more curvature - I think it would make a more elegant profile.

I bought these after reading an article that said good supportive shoes could help prevent swollen ankles in pregnancy. I do not know if they did that, but they were super comfortable to wear all around Paris and this color goes with just about everything except black. I like them.

What a great purchase! After weeks of enduring painful symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I decided to breakdown and purchase my first pair of Birkenstocks. I'm happy to report that, after wearing these regularly for the past month, my feet are finally beginning to heal. I don't know whether it's because my feet are conforming to the bottom of the shoe, or that my soles feel cushioned on harder surfaces, or that the open construction allows my toes room to wiggle for better circulation, but the fact of the matter is these Birks rock! My only regret in ordering this style was not heeding other reviewers' advice about this style "feeling a full size larger than marked." I wound up having to return a size 39 for a smaller size 38. Fortunately a very friendly Zappos customer service rep "walked me through" the return process (easy!) and within just two days, another Zappos box containing my correct shoe size was on my front door step! By the way, this is my first (and perhaps last) review of any online item.
