These shoes are great. I have 6 pairs of this style in different colors. I always get compliments on them. Zappos rocks!

Podiatrist recommended wearing only an athletic shoe with SuperFeet or Birkenstock's to help with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and wearing shoes ALL the time. It's summer and the thought of wearing athletic shoes with skirts and dresses was just plain depressing. Ordered the Mayari in Titanium and absolute love them! The color is so cute and matches everything, even makes the sandals feel...dare I say...pretty! It took me about a week to get used to them. I have flat feet and the arch definitely took some getting used to. After about 3 weeks of constant wear I'm completely in love! Looking for my next pair of Birkenstocks. My foot seems to be feeling a whole lot better since ordering these.

I bought these Birks for my grand-daughter's 15th birthday present at her request. And she absolutely loves them. I don't think they have been off her feet for the past two weeks. This style is very cute and looks really great on her. She says that the fit is perfect and very comfy.

I've always wanted Birkenstocks, but been a bit put off by the typical clunky style. I got the Tobacco Oiled Leather Mayaris; I've had them for 3 days, and I'm already in love! Perfect arch support and subtle style - not at all clunky! I would advise anyone to go with real leather, not "Birko-flor" or any other synthetic. Leather takes a little longer to break in, but in the long run, it's the most sturdy and long-lasting.

I bought these in Jade and I couldn't be happier. The color is lovely and they are as cute as a Birkenstock can possibly be. I have tendinitis (chronic tendinitis) in both feet making the need for supportive shoes a necessity. Unfortunately, most are as unattractive as my Achilles tendon at the moment. These are the exception. I've already worn them for the day and they feel comfortable already. I highly recommend both the color and the style. Good price and excellent customer service with great delivery time from Zappos!

This is the second time I have purchased this brand and style.It gives good support which I need, and my first pair have lasted 3 years, although I still wear them the inner sole has discolored with frequent use. I am happy with the color, it is really pretty and goes w/most things it is silvery not a black which the word onyx is. Will continue to buy this brand and style and try new colors.

Very comfortable! Great support as well! I'm currently healing from a stress fracture, and the Birkenstock sandals really give my foot the support it needs to heal properly. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I purchased these sandals! It took me a day or two to get used to them, as they're my first pair of Birkenstocks and not my usual style. They also take several days to "break in," and were slightly uncomfortable during my first couple of wears. However, I wear these nearly daily now, and they're the perfect sandal for a day full of walking, or just lounging around. They seem to get more comfortable with each wear, and have excellent support. They're incredibly well-made as well, so I know they'll last me for quite a long time!

I love Birkenstock and have been wearing them for years as I have high arches and they work for me. When I saw this style I had to try it. They are very comfortable walking or sitting for extended periods. I got one pair in orange (they are really orange) which I love - orange is the new black for me this year. And one in the stone, which is a lovely, muted color that goes with everything.

I do a lot of walking to get to work and these were comfortable pretty much from the moment I put them on. The silver is fun and the support can't be beat! As for sizing, I think they run pretty true to size. I normally wear a 9 and the 40 were the best fit for me. A tad roomy, but the 39 were definitely too short (okay when I wasn't walking, but my toes crept out over the front edge when I was). Take some time to walk around in them and make sure the size works for you - better a little big than too small. Great summer walking shoe!

Why did I spend all of my high school years thinking that the Arizona and the Boston were the end-all-be-all Birkenstock styles? Now looking back, no wonder I haven't purchased any since then! Goodbye clunky Birks, HELLO MAYARI! I honestly love these - so comfortable and NOT clunky looking on a slim foot. This and the Gizeh will be my go-to Birkenstock styles from now on!

Super comfortable right out of the box. the black oiled leather rubbed off on my feet on the first day, but not after that. I wore these for 3 weeks in France with no discomfort. Your can't beat Birkenstock quality and of course Zappos rocks it with overnight shipping and customer satisfaction.

Honestly, the most comfortable pair of sandals I've ever purchased! I was a little worried about the sizing, but I wear a 8.5 and ordered a 39 and they were perfect! I wear them walking about the city with a cute sundress (the shiny brown finish is just dressy enough to make it work) and hiking across trails in shorts and a t-shirt. Perfect for the hippie or practical fashionite. They molded perfectly to fit my feet, and gave great arch support - which is always an issue with me. Seriously, once I put these on, I didn't want to take them off! I would say I'm investing in another pair...but they're such great quality I don't think I'll need to anytime soon!

Fantastic shoes! Was worried Birkies wouldn't be flattering but I've had tons of compliments - even from my mother! Bought them to try to help my plantar fasciitis and they have really helped. I'm even running again. Never had any blisters or any trouble breaking them in. Love these!

First pair of Birkenstocks and love them! Great comfortable casual sandal, and my feet are so happy. Plus Birks are starting to be cool/trendy again! Bought the Licorice (shiny, but not as shiny as patent) and the Birko-Flor feels and looks like leather. Definitely need to break these in and get used to the support and structure. Recommend flexing the toe several times first and wearing them for short periods, not long walks, until you get used to them and they adjust to your feet (which I read could take a few wearings). They do run large--I'm an 8.5/39 and got these in 38 which works okay for me since I have short toes. Birks recommends having space all around your foot which is why they run big.

Love these sandals. I have a medium to wide foot and the normal width fit perfectly. Very comfortable. The color Toffee Birko-Flor is a lovely shade of brown with subtle coppery overtones. Nice. The best part is that after walking all day my feet don't hurt!

I am between 36 and 37 standard sizes in Birks and found the 37 Narrow to work -- even for my wide foot! The straps on the oiled leather are soft and supple, and have not rubbed at all. The thin straps are configured to hold your foot solidly onto the sole, and are much more attractive then the Arizona's. Unlike another reviewer, I don't think they make the cork sole appear more prominent. I find them to be the daintiest Birk I've seen. I did have discomfort from the height of the bar under the big toe, but a few whacks from a hammer solved it quickly.

These shoes, like all of my Birkenstocks, are comfortable and reliable. They help support my feet as I travel many places. I always throw on my Birkenstocks! The color of this particular blue is beautiful too! It goes with everything.

I love these shoes. I've had several pairs of Birkenstocks over the years but these are the most comfortable and don't hit the top of the big toe and mess up a good pedicure.

I have had several pairs of Birkenstocks, but these are the best! They are beyond comfortable. With my last pair, the flap covered part of my big toe and could mess up a fresh pedicure. Not these! I have bought them as gifts and recommended them to friends.

These are my favorite sandals! My previous Birkenstocks lasted 10 years. I wore them until the tread pattern on the bottom was nothing but smooth. I have high arches with a saddle bone on the top of my foot and finding shoes where the straps do not hit the bump on the top of my foot is not an easy task. These shoes fit me perfectly. My only downside to the shoes is the cork sole seems to cause my heel to become dry.

For casual sandals, I would have to say these are the best! I love them so much. I wear a 5½N and finding shoes that fit is always a daunting task. It seems most stores only carry down to a 6 and in sandals, they are just too big. I can usually get away with a 6 for boots and tennis shoes by wearing thicker socks. These sandals are so comfortable and small! They are just the right size for my tiny little feet. I wish Birkenstocks had shoes that were a bit dressier, but I will take what I can get. I bought these for vacation and ended up wearing them all the time! I love them and will expand the colors in my collection as I can.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable. Like the them for casual wear. The strap in the middle does not hurt -- usually I get a blister there -- not with these! I have small feet so I was very pleased when I found them in a EU 36.(5.5).
