I was looking for a sandal I could walk a couple miles in and also stand in for a couple hours at work and these are great for that. I don't think they're the most flattering, but they're comfortable enough that I don't mind. Perhaps a coincidence, but I had knee pain for a month before trying these and after the second day wearing them, it was gone. I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 and the 41 fits perfectly.

I love that these are back! I'm a 9.5 in Nike, Tom's, Seychelles and a 40 in Superga. These fit great at 9.5.

Very happy with these shoes! Usually wear 8-8.5 and I sized down per other reviews. Happy I did!

I love these sandals!!! They are so comfortable and go with everything. I would recommend these to anyone who walks a lot or just standing. I'm planning on buying another pair.

Super comfy! Runs big. I normally wear size 8 but that size (39) in Birks was too big. Sent back and bought 7-7.5 (38) and they fit perfect. Really conforms to the shape of your foot, and they feel very supportive. No breaking unneeded. Comfy right from the start. Highly recommend.

Arrived quickly, fit like a glove. Very supportive for my bad back. My go to shoes especially on my hard ceramic tile floors. Will buy again.

I don't usually review shoes (or anything really) but these are the best so I just had to! I usually wear ~$10-20 flip flops all summer but they never have arch support, I usually get blisters, and my feet are always achy after a long day of walking. NOT WITH THESE THOUGH!! :) There truly isn't even a breaking in period, these are comfortable right out of the box. I often walk 2-4 miles around town in them with no discomfort at all! They have great arch support, the front is wide enough for my semi-wide toes and the straps are adjustable so they can fit snug on your feet without any rubbing. I usually wear a size 9.5 and the size 40 fits me perfect. They are pricey imo but completely worth every penny. I highly recommend these!

I love these sandals. I have narrow feet and have not been able to find any sandals that really fit for years. I do have to tighten the straps, but they fit my foot well and give me more support and stability than any others. I now have 2 pair of this style and am eyeing other styles. If they work as good as these, I'm in!

I love these! I bought them for my European vacation and I wore them everywhere. They were the best purchase I made for the trip. They provided excellent support without having to wear bulky, hot tennis shoes. I would suggest wearing them in before walking a lot in them. They started to rub the bottom of the ball of my foot after miles of walking, but nothing too serious and once they were worn in, I had no problems. I have a pretty moderate arch in my foot and the support was perfect! I also have a big and wide foot and these fit nicely. They were a little snug width wise when I first put them on, but after a few wears they gave some and stretched to fit my feet. I would definitely recommend these for vacations where you will be walking a lot and sightseeing, but also just for everyday use.

It took a little bit of breaking in (2-3 days), but I love these shoes. They're supportive and stylish. I like this color with the shimmer to it over the plain brown leather ones. I'm always trying to figure out if they'll fit into my wardrobe!

Absolutely love these shoes. I have realized I wear them more around my house than I do my slippers. I am a size 9 in women's, and a size 40 fit me perfectly.

The arch doesn't quite hit the right spot for my foot and the 38 is too big. These are super cute though and good quality.

Love this shoe! As usual, Birks come through. Good fit, decent support, nice feel. The Mayari style in the Antique Lace finish is actually quite feminine. I like the way it looks with both jeans, pants, shorts, and dresses! The straps have buckles, so you can adjust them to fit better across your foot, and around your toes. Almost don't notice there's a piece between your toes. Glad I purchased these.

I'm loving my new Birkenstocks! I had them broken in in a couple of weeks. Very stable, comfortable and nice looking sandals. I am looking forward to wearing them on an upcoming vacation that will involve a lot of walking.

I love this Birkenstock. I bought the black birki-flor and it only took a few days to break them in. I usually wear a 38 or 39 narrow, but these run a bit narrow and the 39 regular fit perfect. The narrow ran short. I may get a second pair.

I was hesitant at first (both due to cost, and questioning if they were too bulky) but these are definitely my go-to sandal this summer.

I've had the Birkenstock Mayari's for about two months now and am very pleased with them. They are comfortable, supportive and have a feminine look. They took very little time to break in and are some of my favorite shoes. They do run a bit large. I normally wear a size 6 and ordered the equivalent of a size 5 and they fit perfectly.

Love these, they're just as wonderful as everything I've heard about Birkenstocks my whole life. This design makes them feminine enough and they're so comfy and supportive.

Love these! My new summer staple

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I will be honest, I don't find any Birkenstock very aesthetically pleasing, but the Mayari style to me is the least clunky looking/most stylish. I had bunion surgery 7 years ago when I was 20 and haven't been wearing supportive shoes like I should have been and this summer the "cute" sandals have really caught up to me at work. So per the suggestion of many people I ended up at Birkenstocks. I will say, breaking them in is a process. I had 0 clue when I got them about just how much of a process it is. To be honest the first time I put them on I thought holy cow, these are the WORST SHOES EVER! But at the encouragement of others I've stuck with them for almost a week now. I must say they're really starting to mold to my foot. Yes they're still a little uncomfortable but I have a feeling by next week that will be gone. These things are kind of crazy as they really do mold right around your foot. So it's almost like custom shoes? I feel like since that's basically what you're getting the price point of these are not bad at all. So am I now a Birkenstock lover? TBD. I still think they're really clunky looking...but man, custom shoes for $100 is not bad. And definitely cheaper than another foot surgery ;)
