I have terrible feet and almost always have. I come from the beach and love thong style flip flops even though they kill my arch. My sister-in-law recommended these and I bought them before a trip to Cuba and seriously love them. They are super comfortable, have arch support and were really easy to walk around in on days I didn't want to wear normal shoes all day. I have been converted into a Birk dude!

I ordered the size smaller as recommended by most reviewers and I have to disagree. I wear a 8/12 to 9 and ordered the 38. I'm returning for the 39. Other than that I'm a fan favorite of Birkies.

I bought the Arizona by Birkenstock for my husband who has been wearing this style and brand for many, many years. The last pair he bought from Nordstrom were very uncomfortable and the sole came off on one shoe. We should have taken them back but usually don't do that. The recent pair I bought from Zappo's were comfortable from the first time he put them on. Both were the Soft Footbed style. He loves Birkenstock Arizona and we hope he has better luck with this pair. We feel sure we can depend on the quality when buying from Zappo's. Hard to believe Nordstrom would be selling a knockoff but anything is possible.

They might not be the most stylish shoes but comfort is at a 10!!!!! Both my husband and I live in these shoes ( we live in a warm area) and I also buy the kids version. Great for your feet unlike flip flops! Never going back. Must but if you have not tried these out.

I tried a couple different styles and sizes before I got the right one, but I love this shoe already! So comfy, I know I'll wear them a lot for years to come! I wear a 6-1/2 and my foot is not narrow but not wide. The 37 narrow width is perfect for me. Of course, Zappos has the very best selection and shipping and return customer service, and that made the process so much easier!

These birkies are the most comfortable and durable sandals even for wide feet. They have some limitations like to get comfy sandals for my husband's feet, we had to go up one size and the design is not something new. However, the mileage we get off these sandals and comfort are the best so far on the market.

Love these, so much more comfortable than the regular footbed Birkenstocks! I prefer the more genuine look of the Amalfi leather to the matte or oiled leather as well. Great quality shoe, goes with anything, and easy to slip on of course :) Sizing was a bit tricky to nail down (took a couple tries) but the straps are adjustable for a perfect fit!

These are super comfortable and true to size. I am usually a size 6.5 and ordered a 37. They fit perfectly. There was no break in period at all. I would definitely repurchase.

These are the most amazing sandals on the planet! I use mine as how shoes and I always look forward to sleeping them on when I get home. I personally went with the narrow. If you have a normal width foot go with the narrow. The regulars will simply be too wide. I even bought a pair for my girlfriend and mother. They love them!

Great shoes! Love the comfort foot bed! I wear with socks when it's cold and will wear without socks for summer!

I wear Birkenstocks in the winter with ridiculously thick socks because the sandals are adjustable and I can break them in properly over the course of 3 months. The arch support is fantastic and I can feel it through my knit socks. I don't get odd hot spots like I do with other sandals and I can walk in them for hours! Buy Birkestocks from a reputable site like zappos because the other big name site offered a poor replica and my foot got blisters.

This is the third pair of these sandals that I have bought for my son. This pair was no disappointment. I got him the soft foot bed and he loves them. He also wears them as house shoes.

I absolutely love my Birkenstocks. They do not have as much arch support as my Vionic shoes but these are extremely soft. As soon as I put them on, they were comfortable. I did not really have a "break-in" period. I use mine for walking or as slippers for the house.

Nice shoe... the soft footbed is very comfortable. These are my go-to house show for my flat feet.

If you love Birkenstocks, you love them and once you have figured out your size, they always fit. Personally, I prefer the suede because it is softer on my old lumpy feet, but this pair is for my teen granddaughter and she likes the firmer leather. Both of us prefer the soft(er) footed and narrow width. As always, zappos had them to me very quickly!

This is the second pair that I have ordered. Very comfortable, wear them inside. Love the way they mold to my feet.

I love the color of these. They were comfortable as soon as I put them on and have been wearing them around the house so that they conform to my love. Great purchase.

I have tried other makers of sandals yet I cannot find anything as comfortable as a Birkenstock sandal. I have a slightly fatter foot and also wider and find these sandals to accommodate excellently. Superb comfort! I wear these almost year round...I am in St Louis and am wearing them today 12/15/16 and it is 19 degrees out. The Iron color is great and provides a different hue than the normal browns and blacks. Great Buy!

Hard to beat a berkie sandal comfy, comfy.

Tried and true. I wore them when I was a teen, and now they're back in, and my daughter is asking for them for Christmas. Of course I had to try them on, at the moment we wear the same size, and it was hard for me to not keep them for myself! I looked everywhere for the best deal, but ultimately Zappos had the selection we needed, and the price was consistent with other sites for the style she wanted. They're still kind of goofy looking, but for comfort, can't be beat!

Great summer sandals, easy to wear and goes with everything. They are pretty uncomfortable to break in, even with the soft sole, because the cork needs to break in. So don't give up if it feels uncomfortable for the first week or two. Like everyone else is saying, the narrow size is actually a medium width - I have flat feet that lean towards wide and the width was perfect.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have worn them nearly every day since I have gotten them. They are so comfortable that I really don't want to wear any other shoe. I will be getting another of these in a different color for the coming summer.
