I'm glad I got the narrow. I have wide feet as a woman, but the wide would have still been too large for me. Super comfortable and great for people that need a little extra arch support.

I have trouble going up and down stairs in these. If I make them tighter (which I can do) it would make it easier but hurts the feet after a while. Otherwise LOVE them.

LOVE! I haven't worn Birkenstock's in years and was pleasantly surprised by the soft foot bed option. . .great addition!

This shoe was very comfortable and exactly what I expected BESIDES the color... I ordered the iron color, which, in the photos, looks like a lovely grey. In reality, they are basically a light black. When they scuff, they do turn a lighter grey, but it's still nothing like the photos. Too bad. That grey would be perfect. These are going back.

I ordered the tobacco brown color and love them, they go with everything! I normally wear a 7.5 in sandals & flip flops and I ordered the 7.5 (38) in these and they fit perfectly. I’m still in the breaking them in phase, but the soft footbed really helps and they are already pretty comfy. I’m happy with my purchase!

I put off buying these shoes for years. Many times I would attempt it, but would end up with buying something else. I finally did it, I finally bought them and have been wondering since I received them and put them on my feet, why did I resist them all these years? No break in required, no blisters and no soreness. Perfect size, perfect width, perfect arch support. My feet have never been so happy. I’ve been wearing them nonstop since I received them. They’ll probably be my go to shoe for years to come.

I bought two pair for my husband, 1. classic style and 2. soft bed style, he loves them both but since putting on the Soft bed style, he really hasn't taken them off. He loves, loves, loves them!!!

Classic look but very comfortable. The arch support does take time to get use too but after few days very comfortable. The top bucklea provide enough flexibility to find your perfect fit. The leather feels great. Black looks very nice. Would definitely recommend

Best sandals you can buy. Super comfortable, fit my feet exactly right and care wear them all day without fatigue.

Haven’t taken them off since they were delivered. I live in these. Absolutely the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn.

Zappos, I love you! My Arizona Soft Footbed in Brown Amalfi was a replacement for a pair (in taupe suede) that lasted a good 4-4/12 years of daily use in every condition possible. I love my new pair of Birkenstock even more than the old one. The brown leather is sturdier and holds my foot better. I ordered size 39Regular and my normal size is usually a 71/2 slightly wide and it is a good fit. I was so delightef to receive my sandals the very next day. Thank you for your phenomenal customer service! You made me so happy; from now on, I will only buy my Birkenstock shoes from Zappos and no other!!

I wear a size 7, and I purchased the size 38 narrow and they fit like a dream. Love all my Birks, this are my first soft footbeds and they are cozy.

I am a true size 8 in just about everything, but read the reviews and ordered the size 38 (7/7.5) in a narrow. My feet are pretty narrow but probably not technically and the narrow was just a tad too small for my taste. So I ordered the 38 regular and it's perfect. I also tried the regular Arizona, but prefer the softbed - it was easier to break in and much more comfortable. The only difference I noticed is that the black oiled leather in the regular Arizona is a little lighter/on the grayer side than it is in the softbed. I prefer the lighter look but figure that the ones I ended up with will wear in and lighten at some point. Love these shoes!

My first pair of Birkenstocks, won't be my last. Fit is perfect, width is perfect. I usually wear a 11.5 wide men's and these fit perfect.

I'm always in the hunt for shoes that provide support for my plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma and that accommodate my high instep. I used to depend on Merrell clogs until they changed the style just enough that they're now too tight across the top, so I've been searching for a new "go to" shoe for everyday wear. These are perfect - incredible support in just the right places and the soft footbed makes them a little easier to break in than the Birks I had about 30 years ago. I wore them with socks around the house to break them in - not sure I'll do that outside the house but I know some do. I bought them for support - not style, but I actually think they're pretty cute and plan to buy another color or two. I normally wear a 9.5M and bought these in a 40 regular. They're just right.

I think narrow would fit me better. Regular is pretty wide

I love these shoes! Beautiful color and IMO goes well with many outfits. I wear them every day and they don’t disappoint. They’re holding up well.

Love these Birkenstock’s. These are my second pair from this brand and they are just plain comfortable. I wear them either w/o socks or with tab socks if it’s a little cooler or dressier. They go well with jeans or shorts (can you say 90 % of my apparel). Seems like I wear a lot of athletic shoes too so these are a nice break. Can’t go wrong.

These run a little big. I ordered a size smaller than my normal shoe size and they were perfect
