Cannot beat this classic, and I love the khaki color. Felt like slipping into a familiar pair of shoes, just right. My daughter "stole" my old Berks and I was happy to buy myself a new pair. Love the extra added comfort of the soft footbed.

fit great. comfy as f*ck

These are a little stiffer to break in than the suede birks. I wore them around the house to get them broke in. I like this neutral color and the added Arizona footbed is a must have! I usually wear an 8 or even 8.5 in most shoes. I previously bought a 39 in birks but have more toe room at the end. I like ended up going w a 38 which is equivalent to 7-7.5 US sizing. I like the 38 best.

Love Birkenstock brand. These are my second pair of Arizona soft beds and I dont really wear any other Sandals. Highly Recommended

Love the shoes. Didn’t even have to break in. They were comfortable from the first day I put them on.

I have had this same style of Birkenstock before, but not the narrow width. While I love and still wear all my past Birkenstock, these are the most comfortable ever! The regular width I already have are comfortable, but the narrow width of this pair fit so well they don't feel like they might slip off if I have to run in them.

Comfortable and provides excellent support

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm so happy I got these! Super comfortable and casual to walk around in. Definitely worth it to have a good sandal with arch support. If you're questioning whether to get these, this is your sign to go for it!

They are Birkenstock, so the style is the style. These were for my husband and he has a narrow foot, so we first ordered them in Narrow. Size 42 was really snug, but size 43 was way too big. Then we ordered the size 42 in regular width and lo and behold, the regular width was about 1/2" longer than size 42 narrow. We don't know if that's because of sloppy quality control, size 42 should be the same length whether it's narrow or regular! We kept the size 42 regular width, but still wish that Birkenstock would start making half sizes as that would make it so much easier to find the right fit.

I like the utility of these sandals. Just so easy and lightweight to slip on and out the door, with (so stylish, I know!!) or without socks. They fit like other Birkenstocks. I like the leather. It does take some getting used to in walking around. I'm always thinking I'll kick them off or drop them by accident, but I guess that's the design so you use your toes.

Soft footbed is best for seniors. As you age your fat pad & skin thins. The regular footbed is too hard & your feet will react & not in a good way. The Soft footbed has a thin layer of latex that rebounds, thus making it softer for the bones in your feet. Other shoes that have memory foam compresses after a while & thus you loose that Soft feeling after time. The latex foam in these don't compress, thus the actual break in time is longer for the Soft footbed. But that said, if you transition back in forth between these & a cushioned running shoe it is much better for your feet. There is not a huge difference for the feeling in your feet, as compared to Soft cushion in other shoes & a hard footbed from the original birks. Your bones In Your feet adapt better from a soft footbed Birk, & a cushioned running shoe. So even if you used birks when you were young & broke them in, eventually, doing so with aging feet is a whole new ball game & you will wonder why this time your feet don't feel as good as you remember. So, senior's heads up. If you decide to go back to this brand go with the Soft footbed , do your feet, knees, hips, & back a favor. After all we already have a lot of aches & pains--why make it worse!! Just my observation & ideas on these. Hope it helps explain things you may not have thought about.

It’s a nice color and fits perfectly but it’s easy got black stain even I’m using it for 6 hours only for walking outdoor.

I really like the blue color of these shoes. So comfortable too!

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I had a little trouble with sizing - with Danskos and Sanitas I wear a 39 - the 39 in Birks was just too big. The 38s are perfect. Zappos was so easy to return.

I wear my Birks down to the cork, because I hate to give them up when they are broken in. But times pass and I reordered my Arizona soft Footbed leather. They feel great out of the box. I really appreciate the excellent arch support. The best thing is that they will only get better as they age!

Can't go wrong with a Birkenstock sandal for walking comfort!

Amazing how these Birkenstocks feel uncomfortable at first, but conform and soften over the first two weeks of wear. Be patient with these shoes. In a short period of time, they will be great to wear.

Will take some time to break in because the cork will mold your foot. But outstanding and highly recommend!!
