Not very warm nor is the fit very functional. A nice jacket if you are into that style but not for the technical outdoorsman

I would not recommend this product. It's poor quality. The material is too thin. Using it outdoors in the woods small branches easily puncture holes in the cheap / thin material. NorthFace refused to honor warranty. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I've had a nuptse jacket that i bought prolly 4 years ago and it's quality was soo soo good and it used to be $369 i guess. So i got one for my husband this Christmas and i was so surprised that how they have increased the price by almost $100 which i get it inflation and all but unfortunately the quality has declined so much over the years. I am so so disappointed you guys should stop cheating your customers like that! I have always been a fan of their nuptse and i love mine but the one i received recently looks so cheap, the fabric looks cheap and is not that puffy and isn't that warm. I was gonna order one for my brother as well thank god i didn't. I wish you guys go out of business how you cheat your loyal customers.

Girlfriend got me the all burgundy one. I've worn this coat 3x and theres stains all. Theresstaining on the collar and staining on the pocket. I shouldn't be taking a coat thats been worn 3x to the cleaners already.... I absolutely hate this coat

Ordered this coat 3 times, one time it was to small, returned and repurchased and then it got lost in the mail. Took forever to receive refund, when I finally did, I reordered and received a coat that was damaged in transit, returned again and it been 10 days since you received product and still no product. What is going Onnnnnnn NorthFace

Overpriced and not warm. Took forever to receive and even longer for my refund.

I was disappointed with my purchase. I wore the jacket to a barbecue and it got stained by the smoke. When I washed it in the washing machine, it faded and the filling came apart. I went to the store to exchange it and they told me that the quality policy is on the website. It cannot be washed. Very, very sad and disappointing.

Jacket was warm but what is disappointing is we could not get a stain out of it no matter what we tried. So much money down the drain.

Quality issue

I purchased my North Face jacket two months ago for over $300, and while the quality and performance of the jacket have been excellent, I was disappointed to discover that the price has dropped significantly since my purchase. It feels frustrating to have paid a premium when a better deal is now available.

Coat does not look like picture It's an orange orange color not a copper color

I brought my son this coat for Christmas (he earned it) it's not warm and has ALREADY Started to lose feathers! It hasn't really puffed up like the sales women said it would I purchased it From the new york location I'm very disappointed that I don't have my receipt to exchange it!

The cost is certainly thin. For almost $400, u shouldn't have to wear a hoodie underneath it to stay warm.

The product is cheaply made, and for the price, it isn't worth it. Feathers are coming out on random places on the coat, would recommend something else. Would appreciate someone getting back to me to make this right

The front was cut shorter/ than the rest. Not the style of this coat!

I was excited getting this product but it's cheap looking and the material is cheap feeling . Bad quality. Over priced .

I intentionally bought the jacket 1 size too big and it is still so short that it doesn't reach my belt line. The sleeves are also somewhat short. Lastly, the hood is very thin in order to roll up into a collar. It's too thin to keep your head warm.

Had this expensive jacket for three days before I noticed a hole. The material is flimsy and they provide no help to fix or replace. You're better off with a company that guarantees the quality of their garments.

Ordered the Nuptse last week. Just got it and upon looking at it I'm extremely suspect the hologram logo which is always the classic shiny/reflective Mountains with the little box NF logo in back was actually just a shiny silver thing that literally said "THE NORTH FACE" literally no mountains or anything.see pic, I called customer service and explained and sent the guy a pic showing him and he told me after a minute of "looking into it" that "oh yes sir says here in the notes they changed the hologram logo". Maybe a pretty reasonable request for him to email me a copy of screenshot where exactly it does say that and was told " I'm sorry sir that's confidential" What is confidential? That you changed the hologram??? Super sketch also the "F" on NF was super slanted and threading coming out of the bottom of the "T" on NorTh. Wondering if anyone else had run into this??? Or have seen this "new" hologram?
