Great looking jacket. I wish it came in tall sizes, it runs a bit short if you are a tall person

Material needs to be stronger for the price of the coat but does do its job of keeping me warm enough

the jacket is ok, the color is ok however the puff is kinda flat, not puffed as much as older styles

Warm and well fitting. However, it rips easily. Brushed up against a bush and it tore through the fabric.

I purchased my 16 year old a Large and it seems smallish. He's about 6'0" and 139 lbs and it fits short in the back. I also don't love that it doesn't seem that warm.

Jacket came as promised and has the fluff, but several "feathers" were already sticking out of seams.

I've had this in navy blue for about two winters now and the zipper has always been super frustrating constantly jamming and sticking every few inches up or down. Today the zipper broke.

A good all around jacket for the winter months in the Willamette Valley. But consistent size from jacket-to-jacket is a problem. For example, I purchased this jacket about 9 years ago at size L. One year ago I purchased it again at size L but it was noticeably smaller throughout the torso and at least 1 inch shorter in the sleeves. Finally, I purchased yet another jacket this past week as an XL and it fits just about right but it is the exact same size as the size L jacket I bought 9 years ago.

Did not keep me warm in 22 weather with no wind. This is one of your warmest coats?

Feathers constantly come out on my clothes

The quality of the product is excellent. However, ordering online was not a good experience as the item was larger than the measurements listed on the page. On the positive side, the shipping was faster than I expected. However, the return process was stressful. It took a few weeks after I returned the item to receive the refund.

too soon, it's still warm outside

There is a string that's loose. Might have to return it. It seems like it'll tear.

Wonderful jacket. It was just too big. I ordered a 2XL. but I realized it's male sizes. I have to reorder it in maybe a L

The jacket is very comfortable and has a nice color, but it appears bulky on a small-framed person. I highly recommend trying it on in-store before making an online purchase.

Have not worn it yet.

This is my 3rd Retro and I'm very disappointed with NF removing the large inner pocket on the right and making the left inner pocket MUCH smaller.

I've been buying/wearing north face jackets for 15+ years. The quality has gone down significantly. These jackets rip EASILY so be careful with walking near walls when wearing this jacket as it could snag and rip on a nail or cracked/old paint. The neck area gets so dirty if you're someone who has long hair (or if you ever sweat) and the hair is touching the back neck part of the jacket (see pictures, this is only after 2 winters with the jacket and not wearing it all the time as i have other jackets in my rotation). Washing it is difficult and a chore and even once you wash this jacket its pretty much over for it. the puffiness of the jacket is never the same and the jacket doesnt even wash completely. This jacket isnt worth more than $200 with how bad the quality is. if for some questionable reason you do decide to go with north face, do not get one of the ones that has a light colored neck/shoulder area. get one of the ones with the black neck/shoulder area like the all black north face. or just look for a better quality jacket that doesnt stain and make it impossible for you to clean.

Looks decent if you like the style I guess, runs a bit big, definitely way over priced. Minor blemishes with stitching.

My coat came with a stain and when I try to reach customer service I got The run around. I love the color and style of coat just disappointed with the hold experince.
