I had the ST-4s and loved them. The reviews and recommendations about sizing up for the ST-5s are correct. I wear a 9 in regular shoes, a 9.5 in hiking and running shoes, and the size 10 ST-5s were the best fit for me. Definitely go at least 1/2 size up.

This is a great shoe for strength training. It provides some stability and a touch of arch support. The wide-ish toe box still works with my narrow foot. Wish it was a touch more gray as advertised. It is white as others have noted.

Nice looking shoe, reminded me of the original earth shoe which helped with posture. Toe box was just a tad too short.

The fit in the toe box was nice and wide but I would have to try a half size bigger for the length. I ran smaller than my usual size.

These shoes feel comfortable for just sort of everyday wear. When I wear them for walking for exercise, they make the bottoms of my feet feel like the skin is being torn off (it isn't, and there are no blisters - it's just very uncomfortable).

Didn't like the arch support or color

The shoe itself seems awesome and exactly what I was hoping for: zero-drop, comfy, nice materials. Unfortunately, the ST-5 seems to run smaller than ST-4, so a 9.5 in ST-5 is perfect for me while ST-4 is at least a half size too small (big toe pushes against the edge). So, if you're using ST-4 or ST-3 as a guide, definitely order a slightly larger size for the ST-5.

After recovering from a major foot injury, these shoes are PERFECTION!! They allow me to walk naturally and recover my gait, they are SUPER comfortable for my wide foot/wide toe box, and they also happen to be incredibly lightweight (ie great for travel). They're also the perfect gateway for anyone wanting to convert to barefoot shoes, still perfect even if that's not your goal. I recently wore these on a trip where I was walking 15-20k steps per day - I was so nervous they wouldn't be enough support-wise, but they were incredible. I'm here to buy my second pair so I can have an indoor and outdoor pair lol

too narrow for me...otherwise loved them

I usually wear a 9.5 but a 10 was perfect for me. I liked the minimal cushioning ,- much more supportive than other brands I’ve had. TOPO, if you guys get better colors in this shoe (and all your shoes) I’ll be a customer forever

This shoe has little support for long walks or athletic activity. I didn't like the feel of the heel being lower than the toe box.
