my feet and toes tell me to buy more as they can finally move and breath , own 3 pair ,2black 1 grey. need more colors

These would be my all-time favorite running shoes except for the soles. I run in minimalist shoes. These are a perfect fit and very light. I run on pavement and gravel, and before my ST5's had 160 running miles to them, I wore a hole through one sole. I've ignored it for the past several weeks, as the insole gave enough protection to keep me from injury. But now, at 196 miles, they have become useless. I cannot afford to replace shoes so often. Sad to say goodbye to Topo's ST shoes. Landfill!!

Amazing fit! I ordered a half size up, and they fit perfectly. Comfortable right out of the boxno break-in required.

Fit pretty well, although the bottom of one of my big toes got sore the first time I wore them. They're casual shoes, and don't have the protection of athletic shoes. I'm not crazy about the way the sole sticks out a bit from the back of the shoe, but I think I'll get used to it. The were on sale, so for the price they're fine.

I normally wear a size 6.5 - 7 and the size 7 was too small length-wise. Had to return them.

I've been wearing these shoes for years. I always love them and I like how they look. Until this version. There is too much rubber, it's thicker and wider - sticks out wider than the shoes. Why?????? I wanted a minimal feel, more than that, a minimal look. These are disappointing after years of loving them, I'm looking elsewhere. (I bought black, maybe the white sole isn't so bad on the grey, but the grey I bought last year was pretty much white. I miss the old darker grey. That felt good, not showy.)

Overall, the shoe felt as if it was what I was looking for except for the smaller size. I missed the instruction to order a half size bigger. Will likely order again if I can find the style.

My first pair of Topos was the ST-3s - I loved them! The ST-4s are/were okay, and because of my fear that the ST line would go away, I stocked up on the ST-4s. I finally broke out the ST-5s I bought awhile ago, and I ran in them today on an indoor track, and OMG! I love them! They remind me of the ST-3s that I loved so much. The ST-5 (and ST-3) is the epitomy of a perfect zero drop running shoe! Now I need to buy a few more pairs just in case the next version changes.

3 months of walking in these 4.5 km/day, 5-6 days/week and they already have holes in the upper at my big toe. Have never had this issue until these shoes. They just don't hold up. Love the natural foot shape/wide toe box and the minimal stack height/cushion. Too bad.

I like the shoe fit; however, the description said they are gray and the picture on website look gray. They are NOT. They are more WHITE and get dirty very easily. Very disappointed in this color, wouldn't have bought them knowing this.

Bought these for walking and gym work. The toe box is nice and roomy. However, the mid foot and heel are too wide. The biggest negative is the heel cushion. It's like a piece of foam was cut and pasted in the heel. It does not cover the entire heel and is uncomfortable. Will return. Need full heel cushion.

These are the best shoes. HOWEVER - sizing and fit of at least the ST-5 is soooo inconsistent. I've tried on many 8s and 8.5s in this model, and nothing fit as well as my original 8's. Some slightly wider or tighter across the widest part of the foot, some slightly shorter or less room in the big toe area. Please Topo, get it together because this is the perfect shoe for someone who can't do full barefoot shoes all the time, transition shoe, or shoe for someone who wants to move naturally but isn't interested in full barefoot shoes.

The toe box provides enough room. It does feel like slight arch support but I'm ok with it cause I need a small bit when I run. Good if your trying to transition to a more barefoot style. The cushioning is good such that my feet aren't sore after a run and I can still feel the ground and don't feel like I'm running on 2" of cushion. Just wish they had more colors

I wanted to keep those shoes so badly, the length was perfect, the weight was great but even though the shoe is listed as neutral…there is an arch built in and to me it felt like I was walking with a rock in my shoe….funny part was that it only happened in the right shoe. I had purchased these on Amazon and I thought it was a defect only to find the exact same fit here. At last, had to return them.

I have 3 pair of Topo athletic shoes. This new ST-5, i bought them specifically to just walk around my house or for recovering after a run or hike. I love them !
My other pairs are; one specifically for running and another pair for hiking. I love of them all.
I like the fact that they wide and my toes are not squeezed, i get the support that i am looking for while I am walking , running or hiking. I highly recommend Topo athletic shoes.

I have been looking for minimal running shoes for so long and these are literally perfect. They feel so nice to run in and they are so comfy. I wish that you made more fun colors in this model because I would buy them. Please never stop making these

I thought I might run in them but I think they aren't sturdy enough for that, but I love kicking around town in them. They look nice, are super comfy. I'm considering buying a different model that might be better suited for running.

I have two other Topo shows in wide width. This style does not come in wide width but topo's naturally wide two box was not evident. Also, this show seems to run shorter. Very disappointed. I wish Topo offered more styles in wide widths.

The fit seemed ok but for some reason hurt my right foot. Even with the laces loose it was snug at the base of laces. It is lighter grey than it looks in the pictures. I did not care for the look of the sole extending past the shoe on the sides and back. I do not wear socks and the edges of the tongue had uncomfortable seams that pressed into the top of my foot. # sweepstakes.
