Great shoe. I usually don't do well with wearing shoes with out socks, but these are great. They're cute, comfy, and light. I'd recommend this if you like the unique look of Minnetonkas and if you like a comfortable shoe.

I will start by saying that Zappos return services are awesome! I had to do three returns in order to get the right moccasins for me. All the other reviews are right, you will have to go half a size down (I'm normally a 10, I had to get 9 1/2). I have just starting wearing these out (after waterproofing of course) and they are starting to wear in. There is one spot in the front that kind of rubs me but I feel like if I wear them more it will wear itself out. I can tell already that these are going to be my summer shoes!

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. Soft, easy to walk in. Great for inside and out. Simple, I just love them. I agree with others in that buying a size down or the actual size is a good idea. I generally run at 8 (because of wide feet) but because these stretch to your feet, the 7.5 fits like a charm. I think I'll be wearing these for a long long time. And when they wear out, I'll replace them over and over.

I have worn Minnetonka for years and still do. Don't pass this one up. Great shoe!

I love Minnetonka mocs and I was so excited to see the Thunderbird 2. I have the Thunderbird softsole, but I can't wear them after the summer. I always order a half size smaller in Minnetonka because they seem to stretch out after some wear. The taupe color is great, different from their usual colors. This shoe is a must have!

The shoes are a some. I have a very narrow an long foot. So they didn’t fit me. I wish the had the shoes looked great. Zappos has made it easy tonreturn them. Thank You Zappos

Just too sloppy in the heal for me

Cute fall shoe, beware this runs a full size bigger. Ordered a size 8 and it was falling off my foot, got a 7 and fit perfectly. Cute with dresses or jeans or leggings.

I really love the look of these and they are perfect to slip on for a quick errand. Not a lot of support, but I don’t wear them to do a lot of walking.

Replaced a pair of old Minnetonkas. New ones look nice, feel nice & fit true to size. Haven't walked in them yet, so the jury is still out!

These were a gift for someone with narrow feet and they didn't stay on her heel

I’ve bought dozens of pairs of Minnetonka Mocs and this pair felt...worn. It was really wide and loose on my foot, which never happens for me in a brand new pair. Usually a pair is snug at first and then loosens up over time. I think this pair had travelled around getting returned a number of times.

The charcoal gray color and beading are lovely! Minnetonka moccasins are nostalgic for me, as I had soft-soled Thunderbirds for slippers as a kid. At first, I ordered a half-size down, based on customer reviews, but my toes hit the front end. When I exchanged them for an 8, my true size, they fit great. I normally wear a wide, so my toes do feel crowded in most medium-width shoes, but the soft leather of these moccasins is stretchy enough. I'll have to break them in a bit, as the cord is rubbing a bit on one heel, but the cord is adjustable, and I'm confident it will relax with wear. If you need a lot of arch support, you'll need an insole of some sort, but otherwise these are very comfortable shoes. Thank you to Zappos for your great customer service and stress-free exchanges!

These are for my wife. She loves them. This time we got the ones with the rubber sole. They fit her very well and she wears them out.

I had these when I was a little girl! One felt tighter than the other but I realized I had to adjust the string in the front. Would by another pair in brown

It’s a very nice slipper. Very soft, very cute. I normally wear an 11 narrow and in these shoes I can wear a 9- they run big! There’s zero arch support, but it’s a good light errands with little walking requires sort of shoe.

It felt a full two sizes too big. Very nice material, and I am eager to get my correct size.

These are the comfiest shoes ever until they wear out. Super cute too! They didn't last me a year with frequent wear unfortunately. If you're looking for longevity look elsewhere.

I have worn Minnetonkas as slippers for years, and these ones fit the same as they always have (too wide for my narrow feet, and I order a size in length smaller than I actually wear. I really do not like the heel and sole lumpy things as they really do not belong on a slipper. My husband bought these for me, so I am stuck with the lumpy bottoms. I would actually like to have more arch support, but I have put up with none for years now. I note that the new ones have the rawhide tie which the ones that I am currently wearing don't have. I prefer the shoe lace-type tie because the rawhide (as I recall) never wanted to stay tied -- quite an aggravation. It would be nice if the Minnetonkas came in narrow, but I guess very few shoes come that way now since most people have expanded and their feet probably have, also.

These are really slippers, with a sturdy sole. They are like little gloves for your feet. The insole is leather and has a bit of padding, but there is no arch support. I ordered 1/2 size down. I have narrow feet and typically wear and 8 1/2. Soft and cute. I will use these as bedroom slippers and travel slippers.

I like the regular shoe bottom that these moccasin's have. It really enables them to be worn outside as real shoes. My daughter had a pair of MukLuk's with thin soles that wore off right away. Shoe fits well; however, they are a little wide/loose fitting side to side. I haven't had them long and hope they don't stretch out. But so far I really like them.

Love Minnetonka mocs. These do feel at least a 1/2 size larger, and the black soles mark my tile floors badly.

Pretty shoes, but I had to return them. They are very short and wide. Usually Minnetonkas fit me well, as they are fairly long and narrow.

Ordered the grey, and very happy w/ the quality, however, i have a wide foot. some said these run wide, but that not the case in the sz. 9, so have to return. wish these were avail. in wides, as many of us are that width (c).
