Still in the box. Once the weather warms up I may try them on.

This pair is not as well made or as sturdy as my last, which is cause for concern as corporations cheapen their products.

Not as comfortable as my old Teva's. They're ok but not great. The straps are not as soft as in the past models (I've been buying Tevas for almost 40 years). Still the best ones out there, however.

Sole is just too wide. Even using Velcro to make tighter, the sole is too wide and the Velcro hangs over.

I got 2 pairs of the Hurricane XLT2 Sandals. The pair I got for my husband immediately had the bottom sole portion of the sandal come completely off the very first time he wore them. My sandals lasted 2 years before the same thing happened. I tried to shoe glue mine back together and it did not hold up. The sandals are in good shape other than the two pieces that make up the base will not stay together. We wear our shoes in the water a lot so I'm guessing a sandal with the base as one solid piece would work better. Although, my mom has Tevas from the 90s and wears hers in the water all the time and they are perfect after all of these years.

The sole separates on these. I got my second pair about a year ago and they are falling apart. The first pair lasted almost two years I think. I don't know how much I'm expected to spend to get a pair of reliable sandals!

Unfortunately the plastic ring rides my pinky toe and will painfully rub and eventually blister

Purchased the Hurricane XLT2 as a first time buyer and the sandals came with a defect. Separation of the foam from the strap on the footbed. Not sure if I would gamble on a replacement again.

I own two pairs of these sandal. One pair has performed flawlessly. The other pair has an outsole parting from the toe back to the first strap. The most action they have seen is two trips to the beach, and split duty with the other pair with gardening, walks around the neighborhood, and trips to the store. Nothing even close to rough. It doesn't appear that they can handle the heat and humidity of SE Texas. Since they are 21 months old, they don't qualify for the warranty and Teva offers no advice on how to fix them. I love the fit and support, but if they can't last more than one season, then they need to be purchased annually, which clearly doesn't support Teva's policy of reducing waste.

Have had these shoes for a little over a year but haven't worn them too many times. They fit very well but the sole has completely come unglued. Would not recommend due to them falling apart. Get the one piece bottom so they are more durable

Clearly not made well like I've been told of Teva fans in the past. The glue that holds the top and bottom part together has given out and they are truly falling apart. I am not a heavy user of them, but I use them for my travels. Disappointed and feel like Teva has dropped the ball.

POOR QUALITY TEVA SANDALS
I HAVE WORN TEVAS FOR ABOUT A DECADE. BUT LATELY THESE TEVAS I PURCHASED ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. THE DON'T EVEN LAST A YEAR! MAYBE A SEASON OR TWO. TEVA PLEASE LET YOUR PATRONS KNOW THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED FOR TEVAS.
I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY TEVA SANDALS ; /

I first started wearing Tevas in the late 80's. I saw a foto/article, I think in Outside magazine.
Worn them as a Special Forces Team Sergeant for stream crossings and when I wasn't wearing boots. Worn as a civilian, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, camping, etc. Used them from Thailand to Greece, Italy to West Texas. Unfortunately now I wish I could find a different brand. In the last 3 pairs I've owned the sole separated on 2 and I had to glue them back on and now this latest pair after 3 months the front left strap has pulled out of the foot bed.

I have been wearing Teva sandals since they came out.
I have always worn size ten.
The XLT2 sandals that I bought is a size ten that does not fit.
I put the soles up to my old ones and I can see the difference in size.
Why did you change this?

First time buying TEVAS, was looking forward to own some TEVAS but unfortunately they didnt work for me. The plastic around the pinky toe broke my skin when I went for a walk to test them out. Not sure how to prevent that but tried different sizes but same result. I give them one star because wearing the sandal broke my skin very quickly. I wouldnt recommend this product as they damaged by skin very quickly.

After wearing these a few times (nothing strenuous) the sole has separated from the shoe. I went back through other reviews and saw that this is a known problem. Wish I knew before I bought them.

Teva had always been my favorite. Wearing them till they fell apart. Then buy again. Loved my Tevas!
But last two pairs noticeably different. Straps above toes no longer padded, causing blisters.
Plastic connectors by ankles dig into skin. Unwearable. So disappointing.

Liked the color and the build quality but the weirdly shaped footbed was way too narrow. Fine at the toes and the heel but the middle left the sides of my foot hanging over the edges. Not a good fit for this D width guy. Had to return them.

I've worn Teva sandals since 1989. My purchased sandals do not live up to my expectations. Seems light weight and cheap straps.

Would give the new hurricane a negative stars if possible. Used to love these shoes to take on vacation and would buy two pairs at a time. The last two years these shoes has gone down hill. Bought two brand new pairs and took a pair on vacation to Hawaii. The strap broke on the first day as we were walking along the beach. Fast forward 6 month and a new pair of tevas.. back on vacation and on the first day the strap broke again. Called Teva but since these were bought over a year nothing they can do. So $200 + down the drain.
