It gets better with each revision. I still don't understand why there aren't multiple sizes available. For example, S/M and M/L I also like the ultralight materials and the mesh construction very much but a lot of people like billboard truckers and some have small heads. Multiple sizes is the easiest way to appease everyone. I like it better than previous revision but I'm returning it due to color discrepancy.

It seems the new design has hit its mark by attracting new customers to this hat, however, typical of new designs it misses the mark with those that were its predecessor. I purchased two of these hats and find them to be lightweight, durable and breathable. Change is never easy, but I believe these hats will reside in my outdoor lineup for years to come.

This is an expensive hat. Im glad to say that the design and materials do justify the cost. My usual problem with hats is that eventually they become deformed after extensive use and especially due to sweat or rain and once wet or soiled it becomes deformed and god forbid once you try to wash them they aboslutely denature. This hat however made of synthetic materials is especially pliable and able to retain its shape. I love that rain beads on the surface and doesn't saturate it easily. Even in heavy rain, once saturated, it dries quickly. I can easily spot clean sweat stains. I also love how pliable it is, I have had people sit on it or it gets folded and crushed when packed in luggage and it returns to its original shape easily and without signs of distress. Hopefully it stands the test of time. Also it does look very modern and clean cut.

Love it. I wear this hiking and it works great to keep the sun off my face. It is lightweight and keeps my jead cool. Very breathable. And, of course it looks great!

Everything you would expect from a trucker hat: brim, top, mesh back, plastic clasp. I wear a brim hat most waking hours most days and this one has joined the rotation. Super comfortable fit and positive reviews from friends with self described 'big heads' who have tried it on. Used mostly for casual wear around town, less so for high output activities where I expect to sweat a lot.

I have always found trucker hats to be too boxy and uncomfortable. I never understood why people liked them until I picked up this one! The brim where your forehead meets the hat is cushy and breathable, and unlike other trucker hats, fit the shape of the head perfectly! As a historically "dad hats only" person, this has really changed the game for me. Highly recommended for those hot summer days and outdoor missions! Did I mention it's also really cute?

The only hat that doesn't make me sweat. This is my second one.

Purchased mine in-store, really like it, and came to look at other colors and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. I love the trucker shape - shorter bill, higher crown, and a nice design feature that allows the strap of the hat to stay flat against your head regardless of how you bend the bill. Materials feel very high quality, and it's very breathable in the heat. It can handle sweat: I've worn it for a week of long hikes and even backpacking, but it's not meant for trail running or other super-high exertion activities, so if that's what you're looking for, pick something else designed for those activities. Considering buying it in a few other colors I like this one so much.

This cap have a very good style and fit well. Good aeration for hot day!

Nice fit and comfortable materials. I was impressed by the quality of this hat. The hat is a little boxy which is odd, but doesn't look bad on my gigantic head.

Don't mean to wax poetic about a trucker hat, but dang... I really like this hat. It's light, comfortable, breathable, and I have no sense of style or fashion, but I think it looks pretty sweet too. I appreciate the simplicity of it. Feels good on my head and fits well. Big fan.

I have over 30 different hats, caps, beanies for outdoor adventures and this is by far the best! Fits securely, lightweight, thin around the edges and behind the ears. I never write reviews but felt compelled to. My first piece of Arc Teryx gear and I will defo look to them for my next purchase.

This is the quintessential trucker hat. It's difficult to find performance trucker hats with this much structure and volume. This hat doesn't mat down my hair and doesn't cause pain in my scalp like other hats when worn for a long time. My only gripe is the color selection isn't great. Please come out with better colorways so I can buy more! Collab with some young designers and offer cooler colors, please!

Bought last week , very well made hat and very comfortable , love it

I bought one of these hats a year ago and ended up giving it away because the fitment was so off. Saw the revised version and gave it shot. The quality and fitment are miles better then the first hat I bought. I highly recommend to try this one out!

Happy the Arc'teryx written logo has been brought back but now we need more colour options! Really like the old school alternating colours especially the navy, bring it back please :)

Perhaps I'm an anomaly however I've found this hat to be super comfortable and better fitting than my standard new era and sports hats. I really enjoy the break in the bill around the head specifically enabling a softer and lighter fitment. It also creates just a small amount of rubbing on my forehead due to this design or I would have rated 5 stars. It's a bit of a catch 22 as the bill design allows a better and overall more comfortable fit however the small half circle at the brim also means the internal cardboard (or whatever materials are utilized) for a little spot that happens to rub. It's hardly noticeable however after a day of wear I had a little red spot. I'm certain it will eventually break in, however I'm also not wearing it overly tight or loose. One notch looser the rubbing was non existent. I ordered the black and also liked the dark green lettering design choice. A few negative reviews however it seemed to fit my dome well and will be replacing my new era ball caps I have.

One of their best or could have been. The massive logos on the front were the reason i ended up not purchasing. I wear arcteryx daily and between the jackets, vest and shirts I dont feel like I want to be a walking billboard Really wish there was no logo and maybe just a little arcteryx tag on the side

All the good things about this hat are negated by the lame plastic adjustment system
