Love hey dude but not a fan of the charcoal black color when it's supposed to be dark black.

I ordered black but dark gray is what I received, the inside is. Black but outside is dark gray, Not black.

The shoes are a bit large. Size 8.5 would have been better than 9, but half sizes are not available. Also, the laces are too short. I had to remove them and substitute matching cloth laces from an old pair of Skechers. It's a shame, because the first pair of Hey Dudes that I bought last Spring got me comfortably through 3 weeks in Italy in September, walking many thousands of steps a day, and I thought I had found my new favorite shoes. Now I'm not so sure.

I had been wanting a pair of these for a while and my friend bought me a pair for my birthday. Unfortunately, there is not a single style that fits narrow feet properly. Even sizing down two sizes (which is NOT good for your feet) didn't help the fit. My toes were cramped and my heel was still slipping. Please make narrow sizes.

Sorry. But they fell like slippers but overpriced. Ok to do a short errands but not a all day wearing shoes

I love the brand and have many pairs, but was quite disappointed when I ordered one navy blue and one black pair online. The navy pair are perfect, but the "black" ones were "faded" gray. I didn't have time for a mail return, and had to run out to a local retailer to hunt down a black pair for a trip the next day. Not sure if it was dark in the warehouse, so I checked the tag and it said, "black." The picture shows the difference between the ones online and from the store. In the end it's all good since I just added the gray ones to my collection, but the time involved was an inconvenience and busted the summer shoe budget.

I bought these as my son buys Hey Dude shoes regularly and raves about comfort. Absolutely not comfortable! Would not buy again.

I want to return these. I don't like them!

Placed them in the washer and the leather tag stain the ahoe...only wore them 2 times cant wear them again they look awful all stained

Waiting for a return code. The right shoe, there was something in the material that kept digging into the top of my foot...leaving a red mark. It was uncomfortable on that side to walk

These were a final sale so I was not able to return. Highly disappointed with the color, I feel like online it looks a lot more pink than in person. In person they were way more fluorescent and almost more red looking

Awful. I will never buy hey dudes again. Most stores extend the return timeframe during the holidays. I needed to exchange these for my kids but the return policy is 30 days. Will not shop here again.

These look nothing like the picture. They are a lot more red than they are pink.

Squeaky and ties are very difficult to undue. Quality is also very low, soles are already given out and it's only been 4 months.

It's hard to describe but the shoes are extremely uncomfortable and stiff. Fit is correct but it's like a totally different material. Can't wear them. Almost crunchy and stiff beyond new but just hard and hurt the tops of my feet. Very disappointed. I actually didn't try them on right away. Just assumed they would fit the same as my other 8 pair. LOL

I have the burgundy pair and they are fine. I've tried 3 pairs of the navy blue and they all squeak when I walk. After 3 pairs I give up and will get a refund . I can comment on the comfort of my burgundy pair though

I bought a pair of the hay dudes in the navy stretch. Wait for them to be delivered when I got them they squeaked when I walked. I took them back to the store. They re-ordered another pair for me when they receive them. The right foot was fine. The left one squeaked. They have re-ordered me a third pair. Hopefully this pair won't squeak. I am not happy.

Not true to size! Had to order a size bigger than usual and they were still tight! I have bought this brand many times and I'm not sure what has changed that the size I always get, no longer fits?

They where to big

They don't have 1/2 sizes and now I have to wear 2 pairs of socks which makes my feet hurt.

it was a "6" but was a HUGE "6".. I had to give it away..did NOT run true to size

Shame on HD. Any store you cane buy these shoes in, will credit you the difference. HD said NO, it had been two days after I bought them.

Wear at work. The sides have already splitting. Would not recommend

These are almost white / tan. I was disappointed in the color.

Fabric is very stiff and uncomfortable. And the color is legit neon, not like the photo at all
